O café da manhã foi bom e o pessoal responsável muito educado e prestativo.

Cons:

Um fato que aconteceu é que a acomodação que nos foi destinada era um quarto "conjugado" por uma porta com o apartamento do lado e ouvíamos o tempo todo vozes e portas do armário abrindo ou fechando, ou seja, barulho no quarto do lado e isso não era esperado. Detalhe: não fomos avisados e não nos foi perguntado se queríamos um quarto que seria conjugado a outro. Nisso acho que houve falha da recepção do hotel.

Iria a trabalho, não com a família a lazer.

A cama era confortável e os funcionários educados e prestativos. O café da manhã tem poucas opções, mas estava bom.

Cons:

O hotel é velho. O revestimento cerâmico do banheiro é muito velho e está todo quebrado, as portas de madeira estão com a parte de baixo toda danificada com marcas de sujeira antiga, trincos e acabamentos do banheiros horríveis, o suporte do papel higiênico era só um arame oxidado. Reclamei sobre isso e eles trocaram o suporte e outros. Após o banho a água infiltra pelo piso laminado do quarto e forma uma poça na frente da porta do banheiro. O quarto é bem úmido e o elevador está sempre lotado. No geral o hotel todo precisa de uma reforma.
