Location to the beach
It wasn’t the apartment we originally booked, but we were given an “upgrade” that unfortunately came with several issues. The air conditioning unit was broken and wouldn’t turn off, and the balcony door had no handle — we had to knock on the window to get back inside. Although the staff were very friendly and helpful, apartment 502 was poorly maintained. The outdoor table was in such bad condition that dining outside wasn’t an option, and the flat itself felt quite soulless — just two pictures on bare white walls. We booked 2beds 2baths but they checked us into apt with just one bath then we ended up with 502.

Location is okay, however, a new building is being built immediately next to this one, so you’re essentially in the middle of a construction side.
We had to wait for 5 hours to be accommodated, an although we agreed to check in at 2, the apartment was only ready at 3:30. I was with my 10 months old daughter and a 4 years old who had to stay in the construction side for hours in the middle of the heat. Highly unprofessional and unethical.
The apartment is rundown and nothing functions as it should. The terrace upstairs is completely broken and there isn’t a single chair that you could sit on.

Стиральную машину бы в номер. В душе непонятная система регулировки температуры воды, надо бы поменять на что-то простое.
It’s in a good location
It is tired and dirty the stool in bedroom stained and full of hair. No pillow protector so they were smelly
Spacious and clean apartment with a great view. Big roof terrace with stunning views.
There was a very strong smell of cleaning products probably masking some dampness from a recent storm. Would have been better to air the apartment out for a couple of hours before allowing guests into it. We were just staying for one night, even if we had booked a longer stayI don't think we would have stayed any longer as the smell was overpowering.
There were weeds growing on the wall of the balcony, the table on the balcony needs to be replaced. The beds were rock hard and the air con in the back bedroom did not seem to be working and there was just one fan in the apartment. Roof terrace lacks privacy, didn't matter in our case as there was nobody in the other penthouse apartments. The apartment and roof terrace could be better decorated, it's a bit shabby and tired looking. The electricity is not included in the price and you need to pay a cash deposit upfront. The fact that the electricity is not included is noted on the reservation so was expected but the apartment really is not great value for money so would be better if the electricity was included.
Это ужасные апартаменты. Старые - это ладно, но количество грязи при заселении меня просит поразило, барханы пыли и пустые пачки от таблеток под диваном от предыдущих жильцов. Горячей воды нет. Подушки вонючие и старые. Рядом огромная стойка и шум 24/7

Check in wasn’t the easiest when you are outside normal hours. We flew in late so took awhile
The apartment was large and spacious, people on the app often complained about the bed, it was completely fine, soft and good pillows. The balcony for my stay was facing the hill behind so not much of a view but still good. The pool and gym were great, sun usually on the pool from morning until early afternoon. After which the hotel is equidistant from the 2 beaches. There are restaurants and a shop all within walking distance of the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
The only negatives are, as people have mentioned, the electricity as extra payment at the end of your stay. Also there was one free cleaning for my room (any extra cleaning visits need to be paid for). I told the landlord what time I would like the room to be cleaned so I organized my day to be out at that time. I came back 2 hours after the room was supposed to be cleaned and the room was still not done so I had to organize for another day. Only a little bit frustrating but nothing major, they have many rooms to clean throughout the day.

Stayed here before, hence booked again. But this time there was nothing to like in the apartment.
Very old aparynapartment, needs refurbishment, terrace and the furniture needs a major upgrade, no hot shower in the bathroom, on arrival one shower did not work. Zero to No Service.
In the same budget, you rather stay in a proper resort instead of this apartment, which provides some service.
The location
Bulldozers clearing trees, flooding of apartment, drilling daily, sawing trees, pressure washing, noisy neighbours, two separate days without water. Cleaning once a week at 9am on Sunday morning.
No hot water in kitchen. Old burnt pans. Taps full of limescale. Black mould on shower tiles. Toilet limescale.
The location. The size of the apartment. The pool.
The beds were as hard as rocks. There were also sporadic losses of water.
