Hospitality. The kitchen staff hole heartedly delivered a herbal tea prepared from the kitchen spices that is out of menu to relieve from a medical situation after midnight and did not charge for it.

Good location and rooms are very nice. Basically a mini villa.
Pros:

Breakfast included was good. Rooms are big, had a nice garden in back where we were free to relax. Staff were nice and location is convenient if you're doing a costal drive down to Salalah.

Cons:

Pool was a bit small and beach is a walk and a cliff away.

Pros:

It was my first time staying at this hotel. The place is very quiet, beautiful, and I loved everything about it. Special thanks to the reception staff and particularly to Rvi for being so nice and helpful!

Pros:

The staff was very nice. The chalets were very comfortable and spacious that gave us a great relaxing stopover.

Cons:

The food at the restaurant was average, and way more expensive than expected, after traveling all around Oman and comparing value for money. This could be improved considerably, with fewer menu option/dishes and higher quality in those options.
