Decepcionante
Pros:

Café da manhã satisfatório

Cons:

É informando que tem estacionamento porém só cabem 4 ou 5 carros. Não tinha ficado claro que era cobrado, deixei o carro por 20 minutos e foi cobrado trinta reais num estacionamento apertado e sem manobrista.

Particularmente nada.

Cons:

O Hotel/quarto extremamente antigo.
As fotos do quarto não condiz com as fotos do anúncio.
Móveis, estrutura, cama e banheiro bem ruins. (antigos)
Bem decepcionada.
O pior é que no endereço nao dizia que era no Centro de SP.
O Local é cheio de moradores de rua na porta.

Para mim, atendeu melhor do que uns ibis que tenho tido "desfrutado" por um valor justo.
Pros:

O hotel não é novo. De cara, assusta. Mas, surpreende por está muito bem preservado.
Uma decoração aconchegante. Recebe bem.
É verdade que senti um pouco de insegurança no elevador, mas porque há muitos anos não utilizo algo semelhante.
O quarto 601 é bem amplo, sem cheiro de mofo, as toalhas cheirosas, banheiro limpo, a TV pegou os canais abertos. Café da manhã bem servido e diverso. Atendimento na recepção e dos demais funcionários muito simpático e acolhedor.

Cons:

A garagem, que é estreita, contudo os rapazes fazem as manobras necessárias o que não chegou a ser um problema. Mas, para quem se importa, isso pode ser um detalhe importante pois a chave fica na recepção.

Limpeza do ambiente muito boa. Na parte do café o ambiente é bom mas acho que precisa ser mais moderno.

Cons:

O elevador dá um pouco de medo, faz bastante barulho e não para certo no andar deixando um desnível.
