Excellent value for money!! Nothing fancy, but all you really need.
Pros:

The hotel is in a fantastic location straight across from the beach, 2 minutes walk to the train station, 3 minutes walk to Coles supermarket and plenty of restaurants and shops in close proximity.

The room was perfect for our needs. Super comfy beds and amazing rain shower in the bathroom. Super impressed by the complimentary mini bar - kids loved their Tim Tam and Sprite!

The check in manager was super friendly and very helpful.

We also loved the 10% discount off food and free $10 drink voucher each. We opted to eat in the bistro over room service and were super impressed by the meals - Delicious!

A fantastic hotel, with everything you need, at an incredibly reasonable price. Thank you!!!

Cons:

We had room 2 - it doesn’t have a smart TV. That is literally the only thing I could fault.

Proximity to transport and shops. Very clean

Cons:

No one at reception on arrival, you have to call a number then go through to the hotel bistro. The windows are difficult to open and close poor sound proofing between rooms.

Clean and quiet
Pros:

Very clean and very quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Parking was convenient - but don't park under the building where it is locked overnight and not open until 11am.

Cons:

Nothing was bad. Just would have been glad of a microwave to heat food.

Nicest people work there definitely outweigh the slightly older facilities.
Pros:

The best thing about staying here was the staff. Paula, Lexi and Donna were all so lovely.
The property was fine- it’s old but had a nice face lift, however it was the people there and the ‘little extras’ - Coke and Tim tams waiting in your room!- these touches made our stay quite pleasant.

Cons:

The bathrooms could use a freshen up. The exhaust fan in the shower sounded like a noise you’d only hear at the airport. I was worried about waking other rooms.
