Location good, other than that way too expensive and not 4 star standard hotel.

It for sure is not a four star hotel, it’s essentially a bed to sleep over. Breakfast not included and costs 20 euro. Not worth it, in the basement, freezing. Bed is cheap and uncomfortable. Windows not fitted and very loud at night. A

Pros:

La chambre deluxe était vraiment top! Assez d’espace pour se sentir à l’aise à 2. Tout était très propre et le lit super confortable. Les peignoirs super doux étaient un vrai plus. Les réceptionnistes ont tous été très gentils et serviables. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés.

Excellent boutique hotel with exceptional customer service!
Pros:

Location was excellent, with shopping, attractions, metro/train stations and great restaurants in the area (highly recommend Madie). Staff went above and beyond to welcome us, accommodate our earlier arrival and provide suggestions/advice throughout the week. Beds and pillows were comfortable and we felt the area to be very safe place to stay as well.

Cons:

There is no exhaust fan in the washroom, but was it was fine without.
