Everything was very good. Room could use a bit of updating. Beautiful new bathroom. Included breakfast was very good compared to many I have had. Small market next door. ATM on property.

Really nice staff who didn't understand english that well but never failed to try to help and always succeeded in the end...free shuttle buses helped costs...great FREE breakfast with smiling, friendly servers...good internet and tons of hot water...would stay nowhere else if in Yangon...

This is the second time I'm staying at this hotel since 2014. We chose this hotel because they have family rooms that can accommodate our large group. Their rooms were spacious, breakfast and fitness center were also great. My only complaint is there was a moldy smell in one of the rooms. I also felt that they could've arranged non-smoking rooms on higher floors. We stayed on the 6th floor, but the hallway was still full of cigarette smell from the lower floors. Other than the smell the rooms were pretty clean.

The hotel is close enough to walk to the market.. about 20 minutes.. not too noisy which is great. I am staying in a top class hotel now and to be honest this hotel is no where near as noisy . Has a supermarket/ chemist next door
Staff were brilliant.. and the breakfast very good... definitely recommend 😀

Absolutely horrible...no air con 3 nights out of 5. Wifi keeps dropping and I could barely complete do any work !

Services are good and the location of hotel is convenient nearby supermarket therefore, no need to carry too many personal things. We can drop by and buy anything from Supermaket.

It was a good hotel to stay for a family. Only draw back is one washroom only in a one bedroom configuration. With so many Indians travelling to Yangon some Indian food options in breakfast would be off help

Best balcony view ever
Pros:

Ever so tired wallpaper and a few dead plants in the corridor, but the view from our Junior Suite balcony more than made up for the small imperfections.

Good breakfasts with a big choice.

Grab taxi easiest way to get around. Hotel to 19th Street around 2000kyats
