I left my blouse and tudung at the lobby and the receptionist generously couriered it to my home. Thank you so much Creator Hotel for the 5⭐ service. Will definitely stay there again and again ❤️

Pros:

Glad was given room at high floor facing the train track. Quite night sleep, very easy & convenient check-in. Room is a little old but clean. Value for money.

Hotel that appreciates feedback
Pros:

Ambience of lobby and hotel location is great.

Cons:

There wasn't any glass screen at the shower area and water would splash onto the floor in front of the sink during bathing. Since my travel companions are all seniors, the risk of falling onto the wet floor was high.

Pros:

Very artistic design hotel, located on top of cowboy supermarket & besides KTM station, very strategic location

Cons:

Room Not really soundproof, will be alerted whenever guest check in rooms nearby us. the WC also very noisy when flush
