Nah. This hotel has to be your last choice!
Pros:

Friendly frontdesk. Huge room.

Cons:

Switch didnt work. Got to sleep with lights on. Blocked drainage on the shower. Takes ages for water to subside.

Regular visitor to Kulai's vacation.
Pros:

Cleanliness and within eatery and shopping amenity.

Cons:

Carpark at basement seems gloomy and not well maintained although there are limited CCTV.
Hotel room door is suggested to fix a door viewer to ascertain the person visiting.

OKAY - room size big enough for comfortable working.
front desk supported for few printing, Good and thanks

Cons:

- Customer service - front desk need lots and lots of training on HOSPITALITY.
- NO BREAKFAST. Simple B-fast like bread and egg will be very helpful for people like me. Need to start work at 8am and rush for b-fast and then rush to work.
- TV was stone age
- Add few more hangers for cloths
- No window.. if small window allowed to air movement .. No getting bit stuffy as not much ventilation

So clean, comfortable. Suitable for 2 adults and 3 children. Really recommend. The room so big.

The aircond. Not so cooling. May be because of the room so big. Need add 1 more aircond will be better for cooling.
