No es un 5 estrellas
Pros:

El personal, muy amable y servicial. El desayuno fue bueno, y era muy práctico contar con un restaurante en el rooftop. Buena comida y vista. En el restaurante molestaba que algunas personas fumaran en el interior pese a que había carteles que prohibían fumar, pero parece que eso no era impedimento para que algunas personas fumaran y el personal tampoco les decía nada.

Cons:

La habitación fue una gran decepción. Tenía muy buena vista porque era frene al mar y tenía balcony, pero no es un hotel 5 estrellas de ninguna manera. Se ve que fue un hotel bueno pero está descuidado y le falta cariño. La habitación se quedó en el tiempo. Las almohadas eran de polizón picado y de tan gruesas parecía que iban a explotar. La cama tenía alrededor una estructura de enchapado donde había dos lámparas de lectura y una luz led que se ve que se salió y quedaron todos los pegotes de silicona, y es lo que ves cuando estás acostado y mirás para arriba. Una de las lámparas de lectura estaba rota, literalmente caída. En un hotel 5 estrellas por lo general te dejan Vanity set, gorra de baño, cepillo de dientes, etc. Acá no había nada de eso. El baño tenía batas de dudosa limpieza, que no nos animamos a usar. Teníamos contratadas dos noches nos quedamos solo una.
La playa que estaba enfrente, tenías que cruzar una calle para llegar a la playa, estaba sucia. El hotel no proporciona sombrillas ni reposeras para la playa.

Pros:

Best city location close to beach, training, running, restaurants, bars etc.

Cons:

They have a pool, but no daybeds. They only prioritise the eating guests, and not those wanting to take a dip. Even the shower was made non-accesible..
