Perfekte Lage für den Besuch des Mont
Pros:

Tolles, modernes Zimmer mit gutem Platz für 3 Personen und modernem Badezimmer. Im Sommer war es sehr heiß, so dass man ohne geöffneten Fenster nicht hätte schlafen können.
Leider hört man dort aufgrund der Lage des Hotels ab 6.00 bis 1.00 Uhr nachts alle 15 min den Shuttlebus vorbeidonnern. Das war schon sehr laut. Wenn möglich ein Zimmer nach hinten zur Hofseite buchen.

Cons:

Im Sommer war es sehr heiß, so dass man ohne geöffneten Fenster nicht hätte schlafen können. Es gab aber einen Ventilator für etwas Abkühlung.

Buena ubicación. Cama cómoda.

Cons:

El hotel es viejo. Me parece caro para las instalaciones que tiene. Si pasan las 9 de la noche no puedes cenar nada en la zona (en el hotel tampoco tienen nada que ofrecer)

Nous avons pu occuper les chambres dès 15.00.

Posizione comoda alla navetta per Mont Saint Michel. Hotel molto confortevole, camera piccola ma con spazi ben distribuiti, silenziosa e pulita. Letto molto comodo. Buona colazione continentale.

Cons:

Unica pecca la mancanza dell'ascensore, che potrebbe essere penalizzante.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. Las camas cómodas. Tenía almohadas en un mueble de reserva (eso fue muy importante para nosotros que no estamos a costumbrados a dormir con grandes cojines como es habitual en los hoteles de la región) La ducha está bien. La información ofrecida por la Sra de recepción fue muy buena y además se esforzó intentando hablar nuestro idioma. Parking en la calle alrededor del hotel. El bus que te lleva hasta Le Mont, sale desde la puerta del Hotel.

Cons:

Al hacer la reserva, ponía que el hotel tenía parking incluído, pero no es así. Al llegar a la barrera había dos postes para meter código enviado la noche antes por el hotel. El alto es para autobuses y el bajo para coches. El código no fundionaba y nos apartamos a un lado para no molestar a otros coches y esto parece ser que está prohibido porque apareció un guarda en bicicleta a llamarnos la atención. SI VUESTRO CÓDIGO NO FUNCIONA, PUSAR EL BOTÓN DE AYUDA HASTA QUE ALGUIEN OS HABLE U OS ABRAN. Y por cierto, el parking no está incluído en el precio, no perder el boleto de la máquina ya que lo usareis al salir previo pago de aparcamiento. El desayuno era bueno pero pero bastante escaso para 12€. En la calle principal de Le Mont Saint Michel, hay varios sitios donde desayunar mucho más barato. El café es igual de malo en todos los restaurantes, cafeterías y hoteles de nuestro viaje.

Would not come back. Serious lack of safety and organization

Besides its proximity to Mont Saint-Michel, my overall experience at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing.

The most concerning issue was that my room had apparently been assigned to other guests. When I opened the door using the key I had been given, I found someone else’s belongings inside. This is not simply an inconvenience, but a serious safety and security issue that should never occur in a hotel.

On top of that, the staff also managed to reserve the taxi for my onward connection at the wrong time. Fortunately, I decided to double-check the taxi’s arrival time with the hotel myself; otherwise, I could have missed my connection altogether.

Considering both incidents, I found the level of organisation and attention to guests’ security far below what should reasonably be expected from a hotel.
