Très bon emplacement

Cons:

Pas de personnel à l’accueil entre 12h et 12h30 le jour de mon arrivée. Gestion compliquée de l’accès au parking.

La ubicación es increíble. Está a 15 minutos caminando de la estación de tren Bruselas-Central. En pleno centro, cerca de restaurantes, museos, ventas de souvenirs y puntos turísticos.

La habitación es increíblemente espaciosa, éramos tres personas y todos encantados. Te dan agua y café de cortesía, el aire acondicionado funcionó muy bien, el baño espacioso, siempre te dejan toalla limpia. Volvería a quedarme.

El personal maravilloso, cumple con lo que promete.

Cons:

Leí comentarios que el ruido del exterior dificultó el dormir. En mi caso no me pasó.

Top pour visiter le centre de Bruxelles, à proximité (200m de la grand place!!) de tout.
Pros:

situation exceptionnelle, chambre correcte mais un peu "vieillotte", vitrage très insonorisant , petit déjeuner parfait +++, dans l'ensemble qualité prix très correct.

Terrible, will not recommend this hotel to any one.

Location was great, everything else was pretty terrible.

Cons:

The room was terrible, old and dirty. Things were falling apart, mold in the bathroom, old linen, old carpets. old furniture. It's not just about being old, it felt dirty and cheap. Aircon never worked and there answer was 3 fans. Also, parking was suppose to be complimentary due to AC issue, but that also did not work. Terrible experience overall.

Idéal pour tout faire à pied à Bruxelles si on n'est pas trop regardant sur les détails. Prix élevé.
Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour tout faire à pied dans Burxelles. Proche du métro/tram. De nombreuses possibilités pour manger dehors. Grand Place à deux minutes à pied. Place très animée, beaucoup de monde toute la journée et aussi le soir. Draps propres et literie confortable. Nous avons eu une très grande chambre triple au 4ème étage.

Cons:

Propreté de la chambre très discutable, notamment au niveau de la moquette. La télévision propose une multitude de chaînes étrangères, mais aucune chaîne nationale ou internationale classique. Le frigo fonctionne à peine : nous avons dû jeter de la nourriture. Climatisation très faible également (réglée à 16°, mais la chambre reste à 25/26°, ventilateur au maximum). Une odeur de nourriture très forte circule partout, provenant du restaurant de l’hôtel.
L’entretien général semble très limité : fuite simplement recouverte d’un coup de peinture, trou bouché au mastic… À ce rythme, l’hôtel risque d’être dans un état préoccupant d’ici dix ans.
