I took advice from previous guests & cancelled
Cons:

We cancelled the day of booking as photos we saw on recent reviews showed a rundown, filthy hotel. Many comments saying DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. No Air Cond or elevator & dated bathrooms.
The cost was €70 per night more than a clean modern hotel with all modern facilities, in a similar good location.
I didn't want to ruin my holiday so I cancelled & booked the better option.

Great stay to explore Brussel, Belgian and European cities around
Pros:

Great location! In front of Bourse and next to tram 4/10 stations, a lots of fine restaurants and dining options around, walking distance to Central train station

Cons:

There is no access to taxis or uber because it’s pedestrian area only, you have to walk to nearby intersections to be picked up

Staff was nice; super helpful when we left something in the room!
Pros:

Close to historic area BUT that meant drunk crowds were just outside the windows ALL NIGHT - super loud

Cons:

Dirty and outdated (steps were broken in places; carpet stained; door handles coming off); no A/C and fan was too loud to use at night

A great place to stay in Brussels. It is conveniently located close to the city centre, with plenty of amenities nearby. The staff are kind and welcoming, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast is excellent.
