Really really enjoy . We went back as a family of 14 and have been there the past 2 years and will return again

Love that it’s quite and so family friendly . Love the location

Cons:

Had to change room as we preferred room we were in on pervious occasions . Family room down back of property needs repair and renovation as not as good as other rooms on hotel . But I think there is only few of these rooms to be completed . Couldn’t fault hotel though as they changed us with no issue. Brilliant follow up and resolution

Soggiorno rilassante e in posizione strategica
Pros:

Hotel Floresta ci è piaciuto molto. Un insieme di casette bianche con al centro le piscine (adulti e bambini), in un'atmosfera che sa subito di vacanza.

Appartamento ampio, con molto spazio e un balcone vivibile.

Noi avevamo la formula con colazione e cena a buffet, di cui siamo stati soddisfatti: ampia proposta, con piatti diversi ogni sera e alcuni standard sempre presenti.

Posizione fuori dal centro di Puerto del Carmen, quindi tranquilla la notte, ma a pochi minuti di auto da lì.

Vicino a due spiagge molto ampie (Pocillo e Matagorda) raggiungibili a piedi, e vicino a una passeggiata sul lungo mare con negozietti e locali per passeggiate serali.

Molto comoda anche da aeroporto.

Cons:

Nulla da segnalare in particolare: il personale è stato gentile e la struttura ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Localisation : à 10/15 mn en bus (N°161) de l'aéroport d'Arrecife, superette SPAR juste en face de l'hôtel, plage de Los Pocillos à 5 mn à pied
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour de 14 nuits au Floresta. Notre appartement était situé dans la 2em partie de l'hôtel, nous avions depuis la terrasse une vue sur les volcans. Au calme SAUF les jeudis soirs où l'hôtel " SENTIDO Æquora Lanzarote Suites" situé juste derrière notre chambre organise une soirée dansante de 20h30 à 23h00, ce qui nous a surpris la 1ère fois !!
Gentillesse de tous les employés, que ce soit les femmes de ménage, jardiniers, employés du restaurant, accueil...
Buffet varié que nous avons apprécié (séjour en demi-pension, les boissons ne sont pas incluses et donc à prendre en compte dans son budget vacances)
Une grande piscine chauffée ainsi que la plus petite également chauffée
Dans la 2ème partie de l'hôtel une piscine plus petite (profondeur 1,25m) et non chauffée
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir au Floresta si l'occasion devait se présenter

Cons:

Manque un parasol pour la terrasse exposée en plein soleil les après-midis
Je confirme les avis précédents concernant la salle de restauration qui est bruyante
Les anglais qui sont peu respectueux des consignes et qui fument sur leurs transats à la piscine, ce qui est très incommodant. Ne maitrisant pas l'anglais et voulant éviter les "conflits" je ne leur ai pas fait de réflexion à ce sujet mais j'encourage la Direction à faire parfois un tour autour des piscines pour rappeler les règles
Transats réservés à la piscine dès 7h30 du matin mais fort heureusement pour nous, en cette période de mi-juin nous avons toujours trouvé de la place... et finalement nous avons fait comme tout le monde = réserver nos transats ;-)

Bella posizione, cibo ottimo, estremamente pulito, struttura assolutamente da consigliare.
Pros:

Tutto il personale estremamente gentile e tutti sorridenti. Edoardo e Martin della reception particolarmente disponibili a soddisfare le nostre richieste. Non sapremmo chi ringraziare maggiormente poiché ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Pros:

Struttura molto bella a due passi dal mare, dal supermercato (letteralmente di fronte) e da ristoranti e negozi. Buffet vario, abbondante e molto buono. A disposizione minigolf, pin-pong e biliardo, che per una vacanza con bambini e/o ragazzi fa tutta la differenza. Personale gentilissimo, animazione soft (ma a noi andava benissimo così).

Cons:

A volte alcune attività dell'animazione non c'erano senza preavviso (soprattutto tennis e basket), ma è giusto una puntualizzazione.

Fantastic stay!
Pros:

We stayed for a week for a family holiday and we loved everything. The pool is amazing, the room was perfect for us. We had half board and we enjoyed the dinner. We'll come back.

Cons:

Maybe a bit of variety at dinner, although we enjoyed and we ate every day. Maybe some variety would be great, like some different pasta for kids and kids menu as well.

Pros:

We needed somewhere to stay on our first night in Lanzarote and Hotel Floresta was perfect. The room was large and everything worked, including the air conditioning. It was spotlessly clean as well. Breakfast had so much variety and we went at a busy time so it was organised chaos, the staff were amazing.

Cons:

The bed was a little hard but that's down to preference
