Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing for several reasons.
Although we had called the hotel earlier that same week, we were not informed that a large private party would be taking place on the hotel grounds during our stay. The music was extremely loud and continued well into the night, making it almost impossible to sleep. What made this particularly frustrating was that there seemed to be no way to reach anyone at the hotel during the night to address the issue.
The next morning, we arrived for breakfast at around 9:30, with another full hour of the regular breakfast hours remaining. Nevertheless, the buffet was already largely empty and did not appear to be properly restocked, which was particularly disappointing after an already sleepless night.
While the room itself was clean, it looked quite different from the photos online. The pictures gave the impression of modern, renovated rooms, whereas our room felt noticeably older and rather dated.
In the morning, children were running around and screaming, which woke us up again. Of course, we understand that this is a family hotel and that some noise from children is to be expected. Under normal circumstances, this would have been perfectly acceptable, but after barely being able to sleep due to the loud party the night before, it added to an already frustrating experience.
Another major issue was transportation. Before our stay, I specifically called the hotel to ask whether taxis would be available for a short 10-minute journey, and we were reassured that this would not be a problem. In reality, however, there were no taxis available at all. We contacted several taxi companies, but none were willing or able to take us, leaving us with no choice but to drive ourselves.
Overall, the cleanliness of the room was a positive, but unfortunately the lack of communication regarding the party, the severe nighttime noise, the disappointing breakfast, the discrepancy between the room and the photos, and the incorrec

Pros:

Es hat eine sehr schöne Lage. Das nahegelegene Freibad ist optimal für Kinder.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück wurde nichts nachgeben. Wir kamen mit Kindern um 9h und hatten fast nichts mehr an Wurst und Gebäck.

Pros:

The hotel exceeded my expectations in all ways. Very friendly staff, beautiful nature around, quiet, comfortable room with infrared sauna in the room, good breakfast. Easy to walk to city center.
