Hotel cómodo con habitaciones que parecen apartamentos
Pros:

Desayuno excelente, hacen tortillas de huevos y a veces tienen salmón. Muy buen trato de todo el personal, especialmente Gustavo en los desayunos.

Cons:

La playa de al lado es díficil bañarse por el viento que hace.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Pros:

Room was amazing, clean, great size and peaceful, had all the requirements as well - good sized telly, selection of English channels, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, good storage, plenty of plug sockets and really decent hairdryer.
Hotel facilities were great, clean and good opening times too. Gardens are beautiful and well kept.
Breakfast selection amazing and served at good times. Bar drinks and food good. Bar open till late.
Staff were super friendly and helpful. Housekeeping amazing too. It was our anniversary and we had a nice surprise upon arrival.
Location was adequate, close to airport, super close to beach and supermarket and just a short walk (15minutes) to large selection of shops, restaurants and bars. Taxi ride to old town and local attractions, reasonable price.
Late checkout not available for us but luggage storage available, could still use hotel facilities and then large shower room with changing available too.

Definitely recommended.

Cons:

No mention anywhere that hotel overlooks flight path and planes are constant. However it doesn't massively disturb the peace.
Also sea view rooms are not quite, they are right by the beach and you can just about hear the sea. But there is a lowish brick wall with glass attached, just obscuring the entire view.

Une superbe expérience dans cet hôtel calme sur une île magnifique
Pros:

L’emplacement. La gentillesse du personnel. Les repas. Le cadre.

Cons:

En fin de séjour sur une journée le ménage a été bâclé. Lit mal fait, coussins non mis en place. Verre d’eau pas changé. Coussin du canapé « écrasé ». Rien de dramatique mais rien à voir non plus avec les autres jours

Estancia y ubicación genial.
Pros:

La amabilidad con la que se me trato a la hora de recibirme, la habitación me sentía como en mi propia casa todo genial.

Très bel hôtel, chambre top, lit confortable, très bon petit dejeuner, pas de parking a l hotel maid des places dans les rues juste a côté et le stationnement est gratuit partout

Cons:

Le buffet du soir les desserts vraiment pas top sinon pour le reste vraiment bcp de choix peut être qu en limitant le choix on peut améliorer la qualité des plats

Reservamos el alojamiento para cuatro noches, pero por motivos personales tuvimos que marcharnos después de una sola noche.

Entendemos perfectamente que en este tipo de situaciones puedan aplicarse penalizaciones por cancelación o salida anticipada. Sin embargo, no se nos ha reembolsado absolutamente nada por las noches no disfrutadas.

Además, hay otro aspecto que me resulta incomprensible. Hasta el día de hoy no he conseguido obtener la factura correspondiente al alojamiento pagado, ni por parte del hotel ni por parte de Booking.com.

El hotel afirma que, como el pago se realizó a través de Booking.com, es Booking quien debe emitir la factura. Por su parte, Booking.com responde que ellos no emiten esa factura y que debo solicitarla al hotel.

Sinceramente, esta situación ya resulta absurda e inaceptable. Nadie asume la responsabilidad y, a pesar de haber pagado el alojamiento, sigo sin poder obtener una factura válida.

Recommended.
Pros:

The facilities were excellent. The gym was surprisingly good with a decent range of weightlifting equipment. There were always sun loungers available by the pool. Breakfast was good, dinner was excellent. I appreciated being able to use the pool on the last day and then take a shower before flying back home. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and the bed and pillows were perfect!

Cons:

The coffee at breakfast wasn’t the best (why Nescafé when the Canary Islands grow their own far more delicious coffee?!). I found that the selection of fruit and bread at breakfast was much better the earlier you went (although other breakfast items were restocked). The hotel is not located in a busy part of town but that’s not necessarily a bad thing; we rented a car so had no issues getting around.
