Pros:

Дуже чудове місце для відпочинку.Вид на озеро несамовитий. Гарний і ввічливий персонал.Номер чистий і охайний.Нам з дружиною дуже сподобалося, дякуємо.

Perfekt läge, mycket trevlig personal och utmärkta kommunikationer – ett hotell jag gärna återvänder
Pros:

Hotellet ligger på ett mycket bra läge med goda kommunikationer. Brandenburger Tor ligger cirka 3,5 km bort och både tunnelbana och spårvagn finns i princip precis utanför hotellet, vilket gör det enkelt att ta sig runt i Berlin.

Personalen var otroligt trevlig, hjälpsam och gjorde sitt bästa för att hitta lösningar när det behövdes.

Det finns dessutom gott om restauranger, caféer och mataffärer i området.

Ett utmärkt hotell för dig som vill utforska Berlin!

Cons:

Det enda jag skulle vilja nämna är egentligen inget som hotellet kan påverka. Om du besöker Berlin på en söndag bör du känna till att de flesta butiker är stängda enligt tysk lag, även om restauranger och vissa turistverksamheter håller öppet. Det kan vara bra att planera inköpen i förväg.

Om du behöver parkera på gatan bör du också vara medveten om att parkeringsavgifterna kan bli ganska höga.

Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania. Stacja UBanh dosłownie przy obiekcie. Czysto, schludnie i to wystarczy żeby się przespać po całym dniu na mieście. Na plus parking w cenie pozdrawiam

The only thing we were happy about, was the clean room.

Cons:

The first thing we encounterd was the parking. We were promissed by the hotel a free parking. When we arived we were told that there were no more free spaces and we needed to park outside the hotel. Fortunately it was late and sunday the next day so we didn't have to pay for the parking there. When we went inn we were given a form to sign without any explenation on what were signing up for even though the register knew we could not speak german. We also were promised free wifi however it did not work throught the whole visit. When we asked about the amount of money we had to pay for the dog, we were told that it was 10 euro, however the next day when we brought in the money and another person sat at the front, they told us that it was now 20 euro. Afther giving the money to one of the worker by the register, the next day we went to check out and were stoped by agian another worker and asked to pay the dog bill. We were confused and said that we paid and they had to call the previuose worker. Later they confirmed that it was paid. The worker have a lack of comunication. One of them told us that the internet didn't work and the next day the second worker when we asked about it she was confused and didn't know about it. The dog bill was also a lack of comunication because one peron took in the money and didn't inform the rest that it was paid. When asked about places or stors that worked on a sunday we were told that there were no, however they could have mentioned that the shops inn the airport that was about 1,5 km away was available to everyone. They were inn fact open for people who need somewhere to buy food or thing like that.
