The stuff was very nice! And the room was very clean! Also, they have a beautiful terrace where you can smoke and drink something.

Cons:

I don’t think it has anything do to with hotel, but toilet was too high for me. That is it.

Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price. We paid around 110,000 KZT for our stay, and it was definitely not worth it. The room was extremely small and uncomfortable. There was no air conditioning, only a fan, which made the room very hot. The furniture and facilities felt outdated, and overall the hotel did not provide good value for the money. The only thing we really liked was the location, which was convenient for exploring Interlaken. Other than that, we were disappointed and would not choose this hotel again.
