We would stay again. It's worth it just for the location, price and amenities.
Pros:

We stayed in room 316 B, larger balcony, clean room, there was a fridge, fan, good room service, beautiful views and kids loved the warm pool and games.

Cons:

No wifi, TV very poor picture quality but we didn't need it anyway, the dinning is over priced for the food quality.

Great value, charming stay, with loads to see
Pros:

An old school motel, full of charm, in a lovely setting and with great staff. But the real gem is the historic ‘ghost’ town , which guests can visit for only $9 as many times as they want. It is a true one of a kind, with 30+ buildings to explore. We could have spent a lot more time there.

Cons:

WiFi is a bit patchy but we were warned about this.

Lovely staff and incredible views. Comfortable rooms and I’d love to come back here!
Pros:

Comfortable beds, incredible view from window and balcony, fridge available. Great for a 1 night stay perhaps even a weekend. The ghost town next door is really interesting! I recommend it for any history lovers. Be sure to tell the staff there that you’re staying at the chateau because you’ll get 50% off. I didn’t know this and went there first but the lady in the hotel very kindly refunded us. The staff were all very polite.

Cons:

The TV looks like it’s from 2002, the quality is terrible! Very outdated but that’s not why I came here.

Second time we have stayed there and will again if opportunity allows.
Pros:

It is picturesque, ideally located, a building with character, easy to access and is staffed by people who are pleasant and always willing to try to help you with any problem or issue that you may have. The historical village next door and part of the hotel is a valuable and extraordinarily worthwhile attribute.

Cons:

Expected better
Pros:

Hotel was outdated and tired. Mattress not comfortable has outlived it’s lifetime.

Cons:

Overpriced for what they provided.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return for the exceptional service, beautiful view
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The restaurant was amazing, and the dinner was truly exceptional. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and the staff were very accommodating with our late check-in, which we greatly appreciated.

The view was breathtaking, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was cozy, peaceful, and relaxing. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to everything we needed during our stay.

Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway.

Cons:

The only areas that fell short of our expectations were the breakfast and the beds. While the breakfast was decent, it was not quite what we expected based on the overall quality of the hotel experience. The beds were also softer than we prefer, though we recognize that mattress comfort is a matter of personal preference and may suit other guests perfectly.

Would and will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Very cool hotel. Lots of rooms, we booked two different ones a loft suite and 2 queen room. Both were nice. Great views in loft suite of East and West with lake view. Balcony on entrance floor.

Cons:

The only thing that would scare me would be mid summer heat and no air conditioners. TV’s don’t work very well ( Very fuzzy snowy pictures ) as I think the hotel is fed off one coax cable and split 200 times.
