Unique, historic and family friendly
Pros:

Wow it’s an interesting place and so unique. The design and gardens and lake front are so nice.
The staff are so lovely and friendly as well as welcoming and helpful.
It’s a great place for a family as there is everything there for a days activity on the lack beach or in the heated pool inside.
The rooms are tastefully decorated and well maintained and cleaned. Bear in mind this is an older style building with challenges of location and facilities.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like it really has to be visited for history’s sake. I hope people aren’t put off by the lack of WiFi in rooms and air con. It’s a treat to visit somewhere like this.

the room was clean, the beds were comfortable,, the view was awesome, amazing, beautiful, the location was easy to find, easy access to Revelstoke, staff was very friendly and helpful

I guess staying there once is a novelty, twice a waste of time and money
Pros:

Mountain view was incredible

Cons:

The room I rented cost $260 a night but wasn't worth more than $200 a night. There was nothing special there, TV wasn't working properly and poor signal. The the Leisure areas are very outdated.

Great family experience !
Pros:

Great charm and atmosphere. View from room was incredible! Lots of family entertainment.: indoor pool, pool table, ping pong table, fooseball . Great beach. Lots of room for kids to run around. Ghost town was awesome. Gift shop very reasonably priced.

Cons:

Did not know about family rooms when booking. Would have been half of what I paid for two rooms. Restaurant was expensive, limited choices and really, not that good. Only ate one dinner and one breakfast there.

We had a blast!
Pros:

So much to do right on site. Pool was fun. Restaurant had yummy food. Thought the room would be noisy but it was quiet.
