The location and easy
Location.
Fridge was broken. I left my mouthguard/case in the bathroom. Emailed the head of housekeeping at the suggestion of the front desk but never heard back from Yasmin.
Excellent location. The room was spacious and clean.
The bed was a bit soft but comfortable.
Well-equipped—includes a microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, and iron.
Plenty of power outlets.
The room lighting was inadequate.
The bathroom lacked a holder or cup for toothbrushes. The sink faucets were leaking, causing water to constantly pool on the countertop.
At night, you could hear the toilet flushing in the neighboring room.
Breakfast is not included in the price. Breakfast vouchers can only be purchased when booking the room; without a voucher, breakfast is significantly more expensive.
I liked that the front desk ladies were multilingual!
Very convenient to get to. The restaurant is excellent and attached to the lobby. The neighborhood is very walkable as well.
I had booked a high floor room and was given a lower floor.
Location was convenient
The room got hot at night due to the thermostat having a motion sensor so the ac does not cool consistently unless there is movement which is not often when you're sleeping. They also charge 60 dollars a night for valet parking which is compatible with other hotels.

The staff was excellent. They handled challenges well. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room had everything we needed.
The parking lot was full upon arrival. Our first room had a shower that was extremely loud and didn't drain. It took a while for someone to look at it and his suggestion was to use it on all the way cold or all the way hot. That is not something I am going to do. They ended up changing our room and that room was fine.
Good location by Metro and walking distance from major sites. Rooms are sizable and in good standard.
AC was noisy, windows don’t open so you need to have AC all time on.
