Outstanding service and restaurant
Pros:

Milicia and Daria were both so nice to my Family and I during a very confusing check in process.

The reservation was under my wife’s name and not mine.

They both were friendly too!

Milicia shared a very pleasant cultural moment as well. That is a big deal considering the learning experiences that surround Washington DC.

Clean and comfortable experience, good location, but "minimal at best" on the "perks and ameneties".
Pros:

Location was excellent. Room cleanliness was exceptional. The beds were comfortable, and the room size was more than adequate. I would consider it in the future as an option.

Cons:

Staff said there was breakfast from 7am to 11am, however, they don't offer breakfast at all. The pool was out of order, which was one of the selling points for my family. We requested additional towels and had to call several times and wait more than an hour to get them, when we offered to pick them up for them. Parking is $70+ a day, but across the street, we found $39 a day parking, so if you're staying here, avoid their "Valet Parking".

Outstanding Staff
Pros:

Good location and clean rooms. The staff, in particular Ervin, Alex, and Milica were outstanding.
Of note, Ervin from your Security and Valet desk, went above and beyond. After a long day of travel, he was helpful in providing layout of hotel, watched my car while I brought my bags inside, and despite a full parking garage, found a way to let me use Valet since it was after midnight. He truly represents Hilton's values and upheld your reputation.
