Très bel hôtel ! Je recommande
Pros:

Le buffet du petit déjeuner est super.
Le service de nettoyage est très efficace

Cons:

Il manque des matelas pour les chaises longues autour de la piscine.
Quelques erreurs dans nos commandes en room service.

Though a well located property but you can find many better options for the price and experience,
Pros:

The Room size was OK and in room Jacuzzi was great.. The Room View was great and swimming pool and gym where a great.

Cons:

Had requested Honeymoon Decor for the room which was approved a month in advance but no Honeymoon decor was done.. Room had no Irons or charging ports. The Washroom had ants.
Plus the with a checkout time of 12:00 noon listed, the bell boys and reception start tormenting you again and again asking to check the baggage out as early as 11:30 am

Excellent food.
Pros:

Accommodation was perfect and our doors opened to the pool. Bar was really good and the team in there were fabulous. The food at this hotel is particularly good for a buffet type restaurant.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and always ready to help. The food was delicious with a great variety of options. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The swimming pool was also fantastic and added a lot to our experience.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would be happy to visit again.

Great stay
Pros:

It was a great stay at this lovely and relaxing place. The staff were very helpful and hospitable throughout our visit. A special thanks to Dananji for the warm welcome and detailed assistance upon our arrival. We would also like to appreciate Rohan Chaminda from Housekeeping for his friendly and helpful support during our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and look forward to visiting again.

Friendly staff, great food
Pros:

One of the best hotels I've been to..Nice calming atmosphere, great hospitality, especially Mr.Ravindu was really friendly and searched for all the needs at restaurant and he is one of the reasons that I felt to add a review and thank you 😊..food is great and had a good variety and taste was exceptionally good. Hats off to all the staff..also when we arrived early they arranged a room even hours earlier..pool,spa and everything is great ♥️

Outstanding Hospitality and Exceptional Service
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality. Dananji gave us a very detailed and welcoming introduction upon arrival, making us feel comfortable from the start. Roshan Chaminda from Housekeeping also provided exceptional hospitality and service throughout our stay. Both were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Thank you for making our experience so memorable.

Yala Visit - Stay at Chaarya
Pros:

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Chaarya Resort & Spa. We enjoyed elaborate breakfast, dinner layouts and the live Mongolian Cuisine. The receptionist Tiruni was extremely polite and helpful, she always had a smile on her face, which we appreciated. Even the other staff were very friendly. We would like to go back to Chaarya Resort again

Wonderful Common Area & Disappointing Delux room ( not maintained)
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful from outside. The common area are wonderful. The swimming pool and the trees was magnifique.

Cons:

There were dead insects in the room. The AC was not working the first night . They repaired it at 23:00 while we were in the room - they could have checked these earlier. same for my parents room - AC was leaking all night. the Toilets were smelly and they should have redone the joints - was leaking. We had a safety issue my daughter fell on the shower area on the head near the swimming pool..

Our stay in Chandrika
Pros:

From the moment we arrived the staff were exceptionally good to us. Ravidu in the restaurant served us. It was our honeymoon and he made it extra special by decorating our table.
The rooms were very clean and tidy also there was a turning down in the evening where they left a plate with chocolates on.
We had a lovely time there.
