Very bad
Pros:

I never complain ever, but the room was very dirty.Stinky smellyPeople were drinking right outside of my room.On the stairwell, people were hanging out in the parking lot.Smoking all night long

Cons:

I explained it up on the top, really bad.I walked in to check in and the young lady that was sitting in the office , had the whole office reeking of marijuana

I wouldn't do it again.
Pros:

The location was terrible. There were crazy or drunk people everywhere, and there was a constant smell lf weed. I left very early in the morning. The bed was relatively comfortable but made awfully loud squeaking noises at the slightest moves. Sleep wasn't good due to a combination of all of the above. The staff was at least helpful.

Easy access for wheelchairs. Security on site at night. Plenty of room to move around in the room

Cons:

The plumbing was awful, neither the tap nor the hand held shower shut off completely, the tub didn't drain sufficiently, the toilet would not flush correctly. When flushed it would back up like it was going to overflow but would slowly drain down.
The mattress was awful, too soft for me to move around with my disability, could barely get on the bed.
