Pros:

The staff is very caring. Everything is beautiful. The room was one of the best I've stayed in. Lots of attention to detail. Beatrice is a lovely host. Highly recommend.

Great family run hotel in Bergamo
Pros:

Luka was an excellent host. The communication was very easy. The rooms were clean and spacious. Beds and pillows were very clean and comfortable. The water was always available in the room. The breakfast was amazing, with local yogurts, musli, meat/ cheese with an option to have an fried egg and best of all with fresh pastries, that were to die for. Of course, excellent Italian coffee coming out from a professional coffee machine. Airport was close by and the hotel offered a shuttle. Air conditioning worked well and there was a free parking available in the hotel.

Cons:

All was great.

Great value for the price
Pros:

Staff (luke) was super nice!! We arrived late at night and he waited just to welcome us and do the check in in person

Cons:

The smell when we entered it seemed they didn’t opened the windows before but nothing it couldn’t be fixed in 10 minutes
