The dirty ashtray.
Pros:

They only had a smoking room avaliable . I've Never smoked. Didn't get much sleep because of the smell . The room was clean . If Nothing else is available . This would do.

Cons:

The outside of this place is dirty. The room is stayed in smelled like smoke really bad.

We will never stay at this location ever again.
Cons:

There was black mold in the bathroom, mattresses were horrible never stayed at a motel 6 that the mattresses were that horrible. Security guard had an attitude that was not that was on called for when you can tell we were guests it was very obvious. We also ask for connected rooms and for some reason we were not accommodated.

Never again if I can avoid it.
Cons:

The room was barely acceptable and probably below MOTEL 6 standards. Too well worn, messy workmanship on the walls, tub, floors and fixtures. The TV was difficult to negotiate and the controller did not have a cover for the battery department.
Above all, without a security guard and patrol this place is overrun with junkies, vagrants, bad tenants (one of them asked me to empty my pockets), filthy grounds, and a very poor maintenance staff.
An interesting American experience despite the dangers and mess.

Pros:

There was absolutely nothing good about that hotel. The room smelled very bad musty, roaches all over bed. Stains on bed sheet. Watched maid service in the other room when cleaning they didn't change bottom sheet. Lot of homeless people. Couldn't sleep all night people upstairs super noisy. I was really disappointed.

Was given a non smoking room and upon walking in it reeked of cigarettes, to the point where we couldn’t handle staying in the room even with the door fully open. Was given a second room by the front desk, walked in and the room was filled with the smell of cat urine that stuck to our clothes. The comforter on the bed had black marks along with burn holes on the actual bedsheets. Floor was unclean and there were boogers all over the walls? Absolutely disgusting stay and when I had asked for a refund on my booking they refused to give me any compensation or even contact with the manager. 0/10 stay I would recommend paying the extra $20 to not stay in a filthy room.
