Motel 6-Flagstaff, AZ - Butler

Smell in room. Floor was not clean. Felt like sand or dirt on floor. Wore shoes in tub didn’t seem hygienic to not wear shoes.

1st thoughts oh wtf….It was dark in the back of the lot by our room. Felt old and outdated, the ground was uneven. Every plain, antiquated. The kiosk check in is unacceptable, unwelcoming, then to get into room that is hot, heat was on, has no fridge, odd, gross stains in shower/tub that there was no way I’d use it and feel clean and healthy after, placement of towels was odd, toilet seat was loose to point of unsafe. Tv that will not turn on. Huge gaps in door and frame making an unsafe feeling. The room was too small for 2 full beds cannot enter bed from both sides feels cramped. Claustrophobic. We will never stay at a Motel 6 again. Did not take pictures don’t want to remember this place but marked on maps to not ever go here again.

The new owners are rude- I've always stayed here when needing a cheap motel in Flagstaff, as I come through town a lot and I don't like to spend a lot on hotels. You check in at a kiosk and they act like there's nothing they can do to help you because there's an almighty power living in the kiosk who just won't let the person who's actually talking to you through the kiosk to make any decisions to help you. Our AC was broken so we moved rooms in the middle of the night, but they didn't make it easy on us. Acted like we were the ones who did something wrong.

There were very noisy, loud and obnoxious people who were loudly shouting and partying until 1:30am. I called the front desk and did not get a response. Room needs a thorough cleaning.

The staff was very rude . There was a situation with their employees that got way over escalated for no reason at all

Room wasn’t clean. Door had a massive gap allowing the wind and traffic noise to howl through.

They didn’t give me another room and I waited for a whole hour for the receptionist but never came back. I left the hotel due to it being cold and no one to assist me. I asked for a refund due to the incident but the manager is saying I did stay they which is false and won’t refund my money back. I reported someone sleeping in the laundry room and nothing was done about that either.

Everything no microwave no refrigerator no coffee makers old towel s I mean towels so old I was scared to use them just fith in then the front desk clerk tried to get me to pay for my room I booked with you guys twice I had to inform her how she notice what room I had but didn’t see I already paid for it just a horrible experience

The AC was out for several days. The water pressure was weak, and careful use of the toilets was required.

Even though we requested a room with a microwave and mini-fridge, it had neither. We lost some perishable food.

My Room Had Bedbugs!!!

AC didn’t work, no toiletries provided, staff is rude to customers and rooms are pathetic

Al llegar nos asignaron una habitación que estaba llena de pelos de perro, la segunda habitación con cerradura que no servía, la tercera habitación en la planta baja con homless durmiendo en los pasillos, instalaciones decadentes y muy descuidadas, definitivamente no lo recomendaría.

Upon arrival, we were assigned a room that was full of dog hair, the second room had a lock that didn't work, the third room on the ground floor had homeless people sleeping in the hallways, the facilities were run-down and very neglected, I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
