I hated the interaction between staff, it was unprofessional. They’ll do anything to take your money and deny you about
Pros:

The receptionist was not good at communicating and gave me a room with someone already in it.

Cons:

They didn’t give me another room and I waited for a whole hour for the receptionist but never came back. I left the hotel due to it being cold and no one to assist me. I asked for a refund due to the incident but the manager is saying I did stay they which is false and won’t refund my money back. I reported someone sleeping in the laundry room and nothing was done about that either.

Everything no microwave no refrigerator no coffee makers old towel s I mean towels so old I was scared to use them just fith in then the front desk clerk tried to get me to pay for my room I booked with you guys twice I had to inform her how she notice what room I had but didn’t see I already paid for it just a horrible experience

Al llegar nos asignaron una habitación que estaba llena de pelos de perro, la segunda habitación con cerradura que no servía, la tercera habitación en la planta baja con homless durmiendo en los pasillos, instalaciones decadentes y muy descuidadas, definitivamente no lo recomendaría.

Upon arrival, we were assigned a room that was full of dog hair, the second room had a lock that didn't work, the third room on the ground floor had homeless people sleeping in the hallways, the facilities were run-down and very neglected, I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

I liked the wheelchair and bathroom access and the shower bench

Cons:

The smell was gross. I had to spray everything down including curtains. But it's only a few wheelchair accessible rooms so it was fine after that

I had a very disappointing experience at this motel. The first room they gave me was dirty, so I went back to the front desk and asked for another room. They assured me the second room was clean, but it was not. There was hair on both beds, the bathroom was dirty, and the whole room felt unsanitary. It was very uncomfortable and unacceptable, especially when paying for a place to stay. I would not recommend staying here unless cleanliness standards improve significantly.

Great place to spend a night.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and clean. It was larger than we expected so this gave us extra room to relax. The room was very quiet, we didn't hear any extra noise. We were able to park close to our room. It was easy to get to the hotel just off of I-40.

Cons:

The metal bottom of the bed. When we would accidentally kick it, it sounded like a big drum. If one of us were sleeping, it gave us a startle.

Never ever ever again will I stay at this location, This location should be ashamed of themselves.
Pros:

NOTHING. NOT A SINGLE THING!!!! I was and am highly disappointed. I went to Flagstaff to have back surgery. I not only had a terrible experience, but I also had to spend more money for an entire new room at a different hotel.

Cons:

The room was dirty, the toilet had pee and hair all over it, as well as the tub. The door to the room did not shut properly unless you [retty much slammed it. The fire alarm right outside the room was taped off with black electrical tape. I checked in and checked right back out. I was promised a full refund because I didn't stay. I literally checked in and checked right back out. I DID NOT RECEIVE A SINGLE CENT BACK, AND WAS TOLD I WOULD NOT BE GETTING ONE. I definitely will not be going back and have reported them to the Better Business Bureau.
