Stopped s few times , like the location and rooms
Executive breakfast poor , uncovered food on display , poached eggs not cooked
The staff were very good and helpful, told them didn't feel safe climing in and out of bath so they put a grab rail up. Ironing board was broken so they replaced it, the maid left dirty towels in the bath so had to wait an hour for replacements.
Not adequate parking for disabled. Stairs up to room after the lift. Bath so high couldn't get in
No air conditioning just a fan provided. Carpets looked scruffy
Left a day earlier lots of people complaining they couldn't open a window in their room. Wouldn't stay there again ?

Non functioning extractor in bathroom, unable to turn TV towards sofa, either bracket is too short or in wrong place. Both striped chairs look good but extremely uncomfortable

Buffet breakfast was freshly cooked. Evening meal was excellent. Great location. Parked the car on sight and walked into Harrogate Town Centre. Must book parking in advance to make sure it’s available when you arrive.
In certain areas the Jotel could do with a little tlc.

Room was very tired and dated. Breakfast didn’t start until 7:30, I had to leave before it started, I paid for and missed breakfast as a result. It’s also £15 to park there for 1 night.

Great position lovely room overlooking the town
Initial problem with parking I had reserved a space but it took the receptionist 15 minutes to sort out a space for us, I hit the impression that it had Bern taken by someone else.thrn we got to our room the TV was not working but maintenance came very quickly and sorted it out.Not a good first impression, but after that it was a lovely stay
