لقد جئتو من المستشفى انا عاملة عملية في موضف لونه اسمر تجراة وطلب مني الخروج من الغرفة رغمة انني قدمت قبل اني داهبة الى المستشفى حتا لو تنتهي اقامة سوفة اتي ادفع ماكان علي لاني تركت اغراضي في الغرفة ايضا لدي اطفال سغيرة جدا للاسف لم يكن التعامل جيد مقابل المال يقولون اطلعي من الغرفة وانا مريضة لدي عملية في بطني

A estadia foi insatisfatória: a TV e o chuveiro não funcionaram, havia um balde de lixo no corredor e faltou hospitalidade por não oferecer um kit básico de higiene (creme dental, escova, shampoo e condicionador). Em contrapartida, destaco o atendimento cortês da recepção, especialmente na pessoa do Sr. Amarildo, que demonstrou profissionalismo e atenção.
