Da sinceridade do atendente em revelar as condições do local.

Cons:

O colchão é duro e o travesseiro também. Não dormi nada e só fiquei uma noite. Mendigos nas imediações ouvindo música alto perturbando o silêncio. O hotel hospeda pessoas em condições de vulnerabilidade (sem tetos) pago pela Prefeitura. Chuveiro demora esquentar.

Gostei da localização, e uma parcela de atendimento da funcionária atendente, ela é gentil.

Cons:

Não gostei pelo fato do hotel tem um atendimento direcionado a pessoas em situações de vulnerabilidade, nada contra aliás é uma iniciativa maravilhosa, só achei que não poderia atender quem está com propósito diferente, não era necessário anunciar. Mas do resto tá tudo bem, esperamos que esse jesto possa atender tbm outras pessoas nas demais localização extender o projeto.

Cons:

Cheguei o funcionário me informou que o hotel era misturado com projeto social sendo com um monte de pessoas moradoras de Rua morando no hotel sendo que quando fiz a reserva era para eles avisarem não esperar o hóspedes chegar para contar .....no quarto nada funciona frigobar estragado ar condicionado que não funciona cheirando mal o quarto etc....
