Pros:

I stay at this location primarily before court and when I need a quiet place to relax. Management, as well as the entire staff, are friendly, attentive, and do a wonderful job in all aspects, but one stands out above all others! Anna is exceptional at every aspect of her position, but more importantly, she is very guest-centered! Her customer service skills are not learned; they are inherent traits she was gifted with throughout her life! Her positive outlook is contagious, and her willingness to meet a guest's expectations is commendable!!!!

Cons:

The area around the hotel is industrial/commercial and tends to attract late-night traffic, but the staff works diligently to minimise impact on guests!

Es gibt in den Zimmern keine Klimaanlage, keinen Kühlschrank, keine Mikrowelle und keinen Kaffeezubereiter.
