Disgusting, disappointing, dissatisfied. Unprofessional, unfriendly staff, and nasty rooms.

We didnt like anything about this hotel

Cons:

The hotel is disgusting the sheets were not changed the floors were nasty, after driving 15 hours it was our only option or we'd of chosen differently. The male at the desk is unfriendly and short, charges high deposit for disgusting rooms.

Pros:

Sonny the Night manager is the only reason that i prolonged my stay. he is on top of the entire business He is very reasonable and professional as well. The day shift manager, is basically incompetent on how to run a business. In fact the wife knows how to do the business and she would be a better replacement for running all day to day operations. I will say that my job is the only reason that me and several co workers are residing here and the possibility of us leaving greatly depends on if Sonny is the new manager or not. I have 15 guys that can move elsewhere and get better amenities. Thank you

Cons:

day time manager is a total screw up, he has his kids at the front desk . He idont think that there are labor laws in this country and having your kids behind the desk working is a no no.

The staff was funny but possibly stoned.

Cons:

Not sure why booking.com gave this 4 stars. It was terrible. No wash clothes, toiletries or Kleenex in the bathroom. Sheets were stained in several places. Both beds were flush against walls. Very few outlets, no USB plugs. Outlet for tv, fridge, microwave, lamp all in 1 outlet. Fire hazard! Had to repair tv cable connection. Cable box was nailed to wall hidden behind tv stand. No breakfast. Will never stay at a Motel 6 again.
