Rooms were clean polite staff and security on sight
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Access was ok. It sits on the interstate frontage rd, which is a one way rd. So you can't get to it from Alameda Blvd, you have to exit on Paseo del Norte. It was very affordable which meant a little sketchy, kind of surprised me because that's a good part of town.
Several broke down cars and an unrepaired corner of the building that had been run into by a car.
Lot's of questionable characters wandering around, made me a little nervous about the car.
Desk help was less than friendly.

We liked that there was a microwave to heat up our food and laundry services.
The place was just not well kept, seemed a bit dirty. There were way too many people who seemed suspicious and just doing bad things and we did not like our stay. The people next door kept us up till 2am and it seemed a bit dangerous I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone traveling with family. The ladies down stairs kept staring at us for no reason and we just felt uneasy staying there. All I wanted to do was leave the place asap and only reason we stayed was because we couldn’t get our money back.

The personal are very kindly and nicely.
The room was very small and the people are very noisy. We can hear all around there.
The bathroom was small and it don't have nothing, no shampoo, no conditioner, no dryer, no microwave and no fridge.
The clerk at the front desk was very difficult to deal with. She made you feel uncomfortable because I was told they would allow the other person to check in with his drivers license. Then the clerk wanted my drivers license. Like I told her I already gave it to the other clerk. He is also in my room. He got upset and said a bad word. What happened to freedom of speech. She kicked him out and said he called her a bitch. I told her I did not hear him call you a bitch. He even apologized to her and told her he was sorry for the misunderstanding. But he did not call her a bitch. She said I will call the police. He can not stay here. So, I got our luggage and left also. I had paid for the room.
It was a very clean hotel
The refrigerator did not close properly and I would have liked a microwave in the room
There were not a lot of channels available on the tv and none for children
