Number of adults should include all occupants 21 years of age and older. Children 17 years of age and under are free when occupying the same room with an adult family member. Occupancy may be restricted by local ordinance. Generally, one or two persons may occupy a room with one bed. No more than four persons may occupy a room with two beds.

A security deposit is required at the property. We accept both cash and card payments for the deposit.

After check-out, the room will be inspected. If the room is found in good condition, the security deposit will be fully refunded. However, charges may be deducted for any missing items, blood stains, oil stains, paint stains, damages, or broken items.

Additionally, guests are required to check out by 12:00 noon. If a guest fails to check out on time without informing the front desk, a half-day charge may apply. After 2:00 PM, the full security deposit may be charged.

Fine for the price!
Pros:

The staff were lovely and hard working! They were cleaning the pool, mowing the lawn and trimming the roses while we were there. They were also very pet friendly!

Cons:

The location by the motorway wasn’t ideal or picturesque, unfortunately, but there’s great local pizza nearby. The floors and furniture also needed redoing and updating. Not terrible, but certainly in need of improvements.

It was drug central. Filthy rooms. Cigarette burns on linens, floor, shower. Fan hanging out if wall with wires exposed. Homeless people hanging out on stairwells.

Shower dud not have hot water!! Ran water for over 10 minutes clearly no hot water, when I asked front desk, they replied: Again? So there had been a problem. I asked if I could get a discounted rate or refund they said to dispute through my third-party booking. I will get a total refund or sue!

My experience at this Motel 6 was extremely disappointing and humiliating. After waiting over 30 minutes at the front desk in a very hot lobby, I checked the room for only a few minutes and immediately realized it was not what I expected. I did not feel comfortable with the room, the environment, or the overall condition of the property.
When I politely asked to leave and requested a refund of my $61 deposit, the front desk employee refused to help, refused to explain the cancellation process, and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, he dismissed my concerns and used the fact that my partner had briefly used the restroom after a long drive as a reason to deny assistance. I left feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and completely let down by the customer service
What made the experience even more upsetting was that the employee took out a camera and started recording me in front of other guests waiting in the lobby. This was embarrassing, unnecessary, and made me feel humiliated. I left feeling disrespected, embarrassed, and completely let down by the customer service.

Additionally, I am requesting a full refund to my credit card. I did not actually use the room and was inside for only about 5–10 minutes before deciding to leave. The room was not used for an overnight stay, and I left immediately after determining that the property did not meet my expectations. Given the circumstances and the treatment I received, I believe a full refund is fair and justified.
