Schönes Hotel in traumhafter Lage
Pros:

Absolut traumhafte Lage in schönem Garten mit Blick über die Bucht. Tolles Frühstück, das auch draußen serviert wird. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer mit kleiner Terrasse und konnten direkt in den Garten gehen.

Nichts.

Brilliant and perfect in every day.
Pros:

Everything was outstanding, including the staff. Susanna and the staff made sure my husband and our friends had an outstanding time for his 80th. This place is a gem, but partly because of the staff. The welcome drinks were an added touch of class.

Cons:

There is nothing we didn't like.

In questo hotel si vive un'esperienza che difficilmente potrà essere dimenticata.
Pros:

Lo stile dell'hotel è in simbiosi con le bellezze della natura circostante. Panorama mozzafiato. Si è accolti con calore e professionalità. Per finire ottimi la colazione ed il ristorante.

Cons:

I bagni sono un po' piccoli e gli accessori risultano piuttosto sottotono. Una piccola pecca che non incide in modo rilevante sull'ottimo giudizio finale.

Bel environnement mais accueil, bienveillance, sympathie du personnel très limité.

L'emplacement, la vue, le calme, l'environnement extérieur de l'hôtel, le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Le personnel n'est globalement pas très sympa. Alors que le check in avait été fait la veille. Il a fallu le refaire et ils ont exigé de retourner à la voiture pour avoir la 2eme carte d'identité avant de donner la clé de la chambre. Le personnel en salle n'est pas sympa non plus, n'a pas l'air de comprendre l'anglais correctement et très lents. A la réception, on a remarqué qu'ils ne considèrent pas tous les touristes de la même manière ( confirmé aussi par l'un d'entre eux ). Ceux qui ne viennent que pour une nuit ne sont pas considérés comme de vrais clients. Dommage car on serait bien revenu pour une semaine mais on a un doute sur la sympathie et la convivialité des équipes.
