Bella struttura, staff gentile, camera da letto inaccettabile!

Gentilezza e disponibilità della responsabile della struttura e di tutto lo staff, panorama, piscina, colazione

Cons:

La camera assegnata come "struttura abitativa a piano terra" (questa era la descrizione ufficiale) era in realtà una angusta stanza in un semi-interrato con 6 gradini da salire per arrivare al giardino (!!), inaccettabile per il prezzo pagato e per il livello (quattro stelle) della struttura. Inoltre nelle email di conferma era così descritta: "1 Camera Comfort Matrimoniale/Doppia con Letti Singoli con Vista Mare". Giudicate dalla foto che allego, scattata sedendomi sul letto, se si può parlare di "camera con vista mare" e da quella scattata dal giardino quanto fosse interrata la stanza! Non certo "piano terra" e non certo "vista mare". Ritengo che sia stata commessa una grave scorrettezza nella assegnazione della camera, anche se riconosco che poi lo staff si è molto impegnato per cercare di rendere il soggiorno gradevole.

Tantissimo pontenziale
Pros:

La struttura in sé è molto bella, visuale eccezionale tra le migliori in zona, paesaggio suggestivo, ettari di terra a strapiombo sul mare. Grandi spazi da vivere ed è questo il suo punto di forza. Piscina molto grande ci si sta bene. Colazione molto buona fresca e variegata. Servizio privato navetta gratuito per scendere a Portonovo dove ci sono i lidi.

Cons:

L’arredamento oramai troppo obsoleto compreso il bagno datato, visto anche i canoni delle altre strutture in zona usufruite. La pulizia delle stanze da rivedere, eviterei di prendere la garden che essendo a piano terra consente facilmente l’ingresso di insetti di diverso tipo.

We had a wonderful, very relaxing time at Hotel Emilia. The property and the ample views around are incredible - from sunrise, sunset, to the rise of the moon, everything's visible and the sea feels right below your feet. The hotel has a lot of charme and history as one of the first and most traditional hotels in Portonovo and we hope that this cultural spirit will be kept with the new owners. The breakfast is simply incredible, a lot to choose from, and the outside terrasse one of the nicest we've ever been to. Nothing at Hotel Emilia feels pretentious, its relaxed, warm-hearted, and sophisticated. Thank you!

Hôtel avec Emplacement exceptionnel et personnel adorable
Pros:

Emplacement exceptionnel, vues magnifiques depuis la chambre et les jardins , le calme des jardins , le personnel adorable, restaurant et petit déjeuner superbes
La navette gratuite vers la plage est un vrai atout tout comme le gd parking de l’hôtel

La décoration est datée dans les parties communes comme dans les chambres qui sont un peu tristes pour un 4 *.

Ho appena trascorso un fine settimana meraviglioso all’Hotel Emilia, un luogo che ha sempre avuto un posto speciale nel mio cuore, poiché qui ho vissuto la mia prima notte di nozze trent’anni fa. La bellezza dell’hotel e l’atmosfera accogliente mi hanno fatto rivivere ricordi indimenticabili. Il panorama, il tramonto, l’alba! Un luogo incantevole.

Cons:

Vorrei segnalare un aspetto che potrebbe migliorare l’esperienza per chi ha esigenze alimentari specifiche. Durante la colazione, ho notato che i prodotti senza glutine e senza lattosio non erano esposti. Ho dovuto chiederli, e sarebbe stato utile averli a disposizione in modo visibile. Inoltre, non c’era yogurt senza lattosio, il che è un elemento fondamentale per chi, come me, ha intolleranze. La mancanza di aria condizionata nelle aree sociali, nella hall, corridoio, sala lettura.

Esperienza piacevole in una location molto bella.
Pros:

Camere comode e ampie, posizione eccezionale. Giardino vista mare bellissimo. Panorama da cartolina. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Edificio un po’ datato, andrebbe risistemato in alcune zone. Pranzo eccessivamente costoso rispetto a ciò che abbiamo mangiato.

Location & Cleanliness:
Located in a very lovely, scenic area. The entire property was relatively clean.
Service:
The staff arranged a practical shuttle service to the beach and reserved sunbeds for us, which went smoothly as the beach section previously belonged to the same family who used to own the Hotel.
Bonus:
We received a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival.

Cons:

Some parts of the hotel are currently a bit outdated, but we were informed that renovations are planned for at least a few areas in the near future.

Awful. Staff, owner and they all LIE!!!!

From the Moment we arrived the staff was not courteous. They had our 2 rooms the farthest possible away. Two kids in a room so far away from parents. After I called three times and emailed and requested connecting rooms or close to each other. Was told no problem. We showed up and they acted like I was crazy and never called. Even if I had emails and name of person I spoke to. The owner was there and didn’t care to even try to assist. He said he could not bother other clients to assist me. He offered us free rooms and then sent us the bill when he left Not worth the 4 stars. Should not be considered a family friendly hotel. Rooms are so small and they have connecting rooms but don’t want to offer to families.
Do not stay here.
