Tout pour plaire
Pros:

D'abord un accueil chaleureux avec apéritif. Ensuite, une chambre petite mais avec tout ce qui est prévu dans un 4 étoiles. Enfin, un balcon petit mais avec une vue magnifique et imprenable sur la mer, et sur un jardin qui appelle à la détente. Un généreux petit déjeuner et une bonne table au restaurant. Un hôtel de charme à recommander.

Tutto molto bene anche l’accoglienza dei cani . Prezzi un po’ alti per ristorante e camere un po’ piccole.

Panorama da urlo, bellissimo e grande giardino, piscina spettacolare. Team molto gentile.

Ristorante : si mangia molto bene ma manca un menu piû familiare e i prezzi sono troppo alti.

nice but not sure i would be going back as value for money is not great
Pros:

the outside area is amazing
the common areas indoor are too basic, it would require a bit of investment for interior decorations that is trying to achieve a certain look but not really achieving it

Cons:

the gazebo should be opened all day
the indoor restaurant needs to be upgraded

Camera fronte giardino con poca Privacy e purtroppo l'esterno della camera era comune con il giardino della struttura. Camera non grandissima. Materasso troppo molle e cuscini troppo molli.

Soggiorno tra alti e bassi.
Pros:

Come sempre, da anni io e la mia famiglia “evadiamo” durante l’estate per qualche breve weekend, la struttura è ideale per giornate di relax. Posizione, servizi ed ambiente sono senz’altro degni di nota.

Cons:

Dispiace che un cliente, peraltro pseudo-abituale, venga considerato cosi poco in fase di check-in e check-out. All’arrivo infatti, nonostante le telefonate intercorse tra lo staff della mia struttura e quello dell’hotel Emilia, mi è stato comunicato che avrei dovuto fare out/in in una nuova stanza poiché impossibile gestire le due prenotazioni separate; poco male, ma non posso farlo io e non il personale. In fase di partenza, nonostante la fee per il late check-out (che nelle strutture di mezzo mondo che visito frequentemente per lavoro non è mai prima delle 15:00) alle 13:20 dopo chiamate e solleciti bussando insistentemente alla porta, abbiamo terminato rivestendoci nel corridoio tra i complain delle donne di servizio ai piani. Beh, non di certo il modo ideale per concludere un weekend di riposo, e non certo un bel ricordo finale. Ne io ne la mia ragazza, seppur abituati a viaggiare seguendo le 24 tappe annuali dei calendari di Formula 1 e dei campionati GT, avevamo mai vissuto un’esperienza simile. Peccato.
