Superb stay in Fremantle.
Pros:

Lovely location, spacious modern room, Great view, quiet and peaceful.

Cons:

For a hotel that prides itself as being environment conscious we would have liked to see refillable toiletries instead of disposable bottles.

A lovely place to be based for a few nights in Fremantle.

Fantastic value for money, wonderful views over the Marina.
Pros:

Friendly staff, we arrived quite late at night and check in was a breeze. Parking was great, the room was large and the view over the Marina was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable.

Great value for money, just a short walk into Fremantle itself but with a couple of bars, restaurants, fish and chips and breweries nearby.

Just a short drive to the dock for the ferry to Rottnest Island.

Cons:

Not a complaint really but the washer dryer was extremely noisy!

Enjoyable, but unfortunately very expensive for what it is.
Pros:

Hannah at the front desk is an absolute superstar. Catered to our needs promptly with no fuss.

Cons:

The curtains don’t fully close so the street lights illuminate the room. Rooms aren’t sound proof.

Location was great. Close to a lot of restaurants. I tried to use the 10% voucher but the staff was unsure and we only ended up with a few dollars off instead of the full 10%

Safety concerns and poor communication
Pros:

I was really looking forward to this stay, especially as it was an early birthday treat, and while the location and views were beautiful, the overall experience was disappointing.

During our stay, we experienced several issues within the apartment, including a power point that appeared to spark when used and an entry door that repeatedly beeped and made noise. We also experienced a late-night fire alarm evacuation during severe weather conditions.

Guests were required to evacuate the building and wait outside in the rain and strong winds. While a staff member carried out evacuation procedures, there was very little communication, and many guests were left seeking information and assistance. As a guest, it was concerning to witness firefighters returning to reception multiple times while attempting to locate information during the incident.

Following our stay, I raised these concerns directly with the hotel. While I received an initial response, my follow-up concerns were not fully acknowledged despite multiple attempts to seek clarification. I was also disappointed by the way my concerns were handled when I attempted to discuss them at reception upon checkout.

For a stay costing approximately $350 for one night, I expected a higher standard of communication, customer service, and attention to guest concerns. The property itself is in a fantastic location with great views, but unfortunately the issues we experienced and the lack of follow-up left a negative impression.
