Comfortable
Pros:

The reception manager Mr.Frank was excellent treating us. He didn’t even think twice about allowing us early check in as the room were available.

- Location: Near every famous place if you’re visiting to see the city.

- Rooms and Staff were good.

- Decent breakfast

Cons:

- Paid parking if you are bring your own car and it is expensive as well.

- The actual address should be back of the main street. You cannot stop in the front main road.

Cons:

They charged me nearly $500 for valet parking, and I paid $800 for the stay—almost the same amount. They never cleaned the room or changed the towels; it was a bad experience

Great experience in DC
Pros:

Good price in a room for three people and location was great for moving in the city. Breakfast was excellent. Much variety everyday. Eggs, bread, pancakes, yogurt, fruits, coffee, juice, etc. Room was comfortable and spacious.

Cons:

Only bad thing I could mention is the sofabed mattress was too thin and basic compared to the other two beds. So, if you are in a group of three, one person has to sacrifice.

Good value for money hotel perfect for visiting local attractions.
Pros:

Comfortable, clean, well equipped room. The breakfast was good and the hotel is within easy walking or riding distance of Union Station, Washington tourist attractions, bars, restaurants and shops. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The aircon unit in the room was noisy but a "white noise" machine was provided.

On the days i was there good value for money
Pros:

Nice staff and v good breakfast. Closer to NoMa metro than google/maps or reviews say-5m i’d say.

Cons:

All good really- maybe a bit far out of the middle of city but i knew what i was booking so can’t complain

Hotel facility is very good as per the standards.

Cons:

The worst part of the stay was when we reached there late at night around 1am and they asked for parking fees, which is too luch 65$ a night. Usually, hotels provide free parking service. On asking question about the free parking facility, the Front office person (Khalil) rudely responded, "You you wana check in or not?" Is this the courtesy of a hospitality industry person? It was shocking for us late at night, and we paid parking fees. I will suggest everyone to use street parking or some other that are more cheapest options rayher this property. We came to know about this facility in next morning.

Bien mais améliorable
Pros:

La chambre, sa taille, les 2 grands lits, le coffre, le frigidaire, la cafetière

Cons:

La température de la piscine à 19H était trop froide, obligée d'y renoncer malgré la chaleur extérieure
Le petit déjeuner avec le simple minimum, pas à la hauteur du standing de l'hôtel
Le capuchon de la baignoire est resté coincé, on a demandé à la réception d'y remédier pendant notre petit déjeuner, ce qui n'a pas été possible puisque la personne de l'entretien arrivait seulement à 14H, du coup ma nièce n'a pas pu prendre de douche,
la réception aurait pu proposer une douche dans une chambre disponible.
Difficile de joindre la réception par téléphone de l'hôtel, peut être sur leurs portables comme vu plusieurs fois sans lever la tête au passage des clients dans le hall de l'hôtel
