Bad place to be at

The hotel is okay for the cleanliness and quality

Cons:

My flight from Chicago to DC were cancelled and we somehow got other connection via Charlotte, we could not sleep all night in the whole process. Eventually we could not check in on 21st July, the day of checkin. But we reached by 7:30 am and we were not allowed any room. Not even for an hour. (Ideally we would have checked in by 4 pm and checked out by 12pm). I had messaged my situation so many times but the hotel never bothered to read them. Even my calls were going to voice recording and there was no response for the recording. So, finally we had to pay 1 day amount just for an or two in the hotel. On top of all this, the receptionist behaviour was rude. She could at least would have sympathetsise our situation. We were family with a 9yr old. The same thing could have spoken in a polite and helpful manner.

Der var slet ikke plads til morgenmad, alt for få siddepladser og totalt kaos i buffeten.
Det ene løbebånd larmede så meget man ikke kunne holde ud at være dernede.
Vi havde bestilt til 4 personer, med opredning på sovesofa, men der var ingen lagner og dyner og da vi henvendte os i receptionen, fik vi det bare stukket i hånden, som om det var den første selvfølge at det skulle man da spørge om!!
Rullegardinet på værelset virkede ikke, men vinduet var også så møg beskidt det det var lige meget!

The breakfast buffet was extremely limited. The staff was extremely unprofessional and they were like they didn't know anything about anything. I forgot a bag in the room during checkout I completely forgot to check the cupboard and it was my shopping which cost me at least 2000 $ and they said they never found it. I ll never going to use that hotel again. It is a shame to such a big chain hotel to have this kind of service

I stay at a lot of Hyatt’s but won’t be back to this one.
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Free breakfast. Fairly close to the airport.

Cons:

Not well maintained. Ripped window shade, pealing bathroom cabinet laminate & mirror sliver, sticky remote control, worn & stained carpet. Poor sound insulation between rooms.

Good hotel for visitors to the Capitol with good transport links.
Pros:

A comfortable hotel with a good breakfast. Short walk from NoMa Metro stop (30 mins from Ronald Reagan airport) and just a few Metro stops from the Mall / Capitol Buildings. Perfect for vacationers.

Ár/érték arányban ez volt a legjobb választás. Nincs messze a vasútállomástól, akár gyalog is megközelíthető. A közelében van egy egész nagy élelmiszerbolt.
