Standard Ibis hotel, near Ankara airport: nice decor in common areas
Old and smelly room
Recently I had a really strong allergic reaction to a dust, especially after stress
I know it sounds silly but it’s true, so I had massive reaction ti this room
I asked to clean it one more time or give me and my daughter another one, idk if they did it, I hope so
But after an evening at the city I could sleep where at least
It wasn’t clean thought: stains on the towels, smell in the bathroom and a bit sticky floor

My stay fully met my expectations. The room was typical of what you would expect from an Ibis hotel. I did not have breakfast because of my early flight. The hotel's location is ideal for travellers with early morning departures from Ankara Esenboğa Airport.
It is worth keeping an eye on the rates, as prices can be very high on particularly busy dates. In my case, the stay coincided with the NATO Summit in Ankara, and the room rate was exceptionally high.
Location, staff, restaurant was excellent and very comfortable room.

Great location close to airport - easy to get taxis etc.
Room was a little bit on the smaller side. No irons available in the rooms - instead you have to go to top floor to do ironing.
