Pros:

Nada.Foi uma experiência horrível.

Cons:

Funcionários muito mal educados. Não possui secador de cabelo nos quartos, eles emprestam um por duas horas. Sempre que precisa usar precisa ir buscar e devolver. Quando tem fila demora muito para pegar o secador. Cobram 3,00 por volume para deixar a mala/bagagem até a hora do voo. O café da manhã é péssimo, além de pouca variedade a qualidade deixa a desejar. Não vale a pena pagar pelo café. Os elevadores demoram e um deles ficou sem funcionar nos 3 dias. Procurem outro lugar para ficar.

Pros:

Gostei do hotel, da acomodação do atendimento.
Mas a comida do restaurante do hotel estava ruim.
Pedimos uma refeição com Legimes, os legumes estavam ruins e pareciam estar cozidos a dias com gosto ruim.

O hotel era limpo, as condições gerais dos quartos eram boas.

Cons:

O box do quarto era mto pequeno, houve cobrança para guardar as malas no hotel e por uma coberta (que não tem nos quartos). O atendimento foi ruim, pessoas pouco solicitas. O café da manhã é bem fraco e não vale o valor que cobram a parte. Não volto a ficar neste hotel

Uma noite apenas... Se precisar mais que isso, será sofrimento.
Pros:

A equipe do hotel atende muito bem! Todos são muito cordiais e prestativos. A localização me pareceu boa para circular pela parte turística da cidade. Há farmácia e comércios próximos, o que facilita. O colchão é ok, nada fantástico mas atende.

Cons:

O banheiro é extremamente pequeno. Tenho 1,87m e não conseguia, dentro do box de banho, me mexer para tomar banho sem bater na parede. A água quente levou alguns minutos para chegar ao chuveiro. Achei até que não tinha água quente.
O café da manhã deixa muito a desejar.

Cons:

Eles cobram tudo a parte, até coberta! Achei isso inacreditável. Nos disseram que oferecem apenas lençol pra cobrir e mesmo se eu optasse por pagar a parte uma manta, não teria disponível.
