We never felt like we were staying in a hotel… it always gave us such a warm homely feeling ❤️

Starting right from the security at the gate, everyone welcomes guests with so much kindness and positivity. The front desk team, especially Jyothi and Nethra, were extremely polite, sweet, and always ready to help with a smile 🌸

The kitchen staff, HR staff, housekeeping girls and boys — every single person was so respectful, professional, and caring. Their smiling faces and positive attitude made the stay even more beautiful 😊

Whenever I needed any help, he was always just one call away. No matter how busy things were, he always responded with patience, presence, and genuine care. The way he handles guests with calmness, responsibility, and kindness is truly admirable.

Some people do their job… but some people make others feel comfortable, valued, and cared for — Arun is definitely one among them 🌿

The room was spacious and comfortable.

Front Desk Netramani was very co operative. She was very helpful . Room cleaning was very good. Thoroughly enjoyed Breakfast. We have tried once , it was not upto the mark. They must take it seriously and improve it. Otherwise all good.

Had a pleasant stay at Lemon Tree Hotel Shimona, Chennai. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and offers comfortable rooms with a great overall ambiance. The staff member, Jyoti, was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help, making the experience smooth and welcoming.

Recently visited lemon tree shimona for the dinner with my family. Ambience was good, excellent service by the staffs.
Food was lipsmacking. Hatsoff to the peoples working out there who guys showing exceptional hospitality.

Stayed for 2 nights and the hotel is undergoing renovation.The room which I stayed was a new room where it was felt and rooms was very much comfortable. We came for a business stay.Had a best stay here.Good experience excellent food best chicken curry we tasted it.
Breakfast spread was great.
In lunch dal makhani was out of the world with rice and tava paratha. Happy to mention Chef Bharathi for the wonderful communications with us.
