A Louise nos recepcionou muito bem. Já gostamos do hotel na recepção. Foi uma gracinha. Simpatia pura e atenção nas informações e disponibilidade no atendimento.
Café da manhã foi muito bom. As refeições no hotel foram muito boas e a facilidade de ter o restaurante foi excelente
A delicadeza dos funcionários nos trouxe segurança e alegria por estar ali.
O cuidado das arrumadeiras na limpeza . Enfim nota 10 para os funcionários
Muito bom ter o sabonete líquido para lavar as mãos e também o shampoo e condicionador no box.

Embora tenha shampoo e condicionador à.didposição e não ter um nicho para as coisas pessoais , poderia ter uma prateleira para substituir a ausência de um nicho.

Atendimento. Até hoje, mesmo depois de muita insistência não enviaram a nota fiscal. Já faz 16 dias desde a.minha hospedagem. Preciso da NF para o acerto de contas e até agora não recebi.

Localização perfeita, conforto impecável. Tudo limpo, amplo. Com certeza um dos melhores de Belém. Café da manhã maravilhoso, tudo novinho, fresquinho e com muitas opções. No terraço tem as piscinas , dá p ver uma linda vista da cidade e o pôr do sol. Da p levar a cx de som tb.Valeu cada centavo.

Cons:

A opção de buffet por 89 com sobremesa, porém só tinha sobrecoxa e fraldinha. Poucas opções.
Wi-Fi oscilou um pouco.
