Bad attitude receptionist
Pros:

The male receptionist was not kind to me. When I was there to pick my key he looked at me very badly like why am I there in the hotel ??. I am a person of colour and he was so pissed to see me there, he could not hide it anymore until I had to ask him if everything was alright

Das Zimmer war ok, leider war der Teppich verschmutzt, was das Zimmer doch abgewertet hat.

Insgesamt eher ein enttäuschenden Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut, mit frischem Gemüse und einer absolut passablen Auswahl. Das Servicepersonal war freundlich.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit des ursprünglich zugewiesenen Zimmers ließ deutlich zu wünschen übrig, insbesondere das Badezimmer war in einem unzureichenden Zustand. Nach Reklamation wurde mir zwar ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt, in dem das Bad sauberer war, jedoch zeigte sich dort ein anderes Problem: Die Duschtür ließ sich aufgrund ihres mangelhaften Zustands nicht vollständig schließen.
Mein Hinweis bei der Abreise, dass sich die Duschtür nicht vollständig schließen ließ, wurde an der Rezeption zwar notiert, jedoch erfolgten weder eine Entschuldigung noch ein Entgegenkommen. Zudem wurde nicht nachgefragt, ob der Zimmerwechsel insgesamt zu einer Verbesserung geführt hat.
