Estadia boa, confortável, com de falta de manutenção no local, mas atendeu minhas necessidades.
Pros:

Serviço otimo, boa localização, atende as necessidades basicas, café bom, consegui deixar meu carro no estacionamento enquanto descarregava, custo beneficio, ok.

Cons:

Estrutura precaria, muito antigo o espaço, muitas manutençoes por fazer , apenas a limpeza deixava a desejar, tudo muito simples, mais tinha pó em tudo, a estrutura do hotel é rustica no minino, exemplo o ralo do banheiro na hora do banho, a agua não descia, literalmente transbordou a grade do box, ja a janela, tinha um velcro para segurar ela fechada.

Pros:

Além da limpeza, chuveiro quentinho, a recepção 24h para nos atender da melhor forma, café da manhã com opções de frutas. O custo benefício deste hotel é muito bom.

Cons:

Pela localização voltaria a me hospedar. A cidade é linda e cheia de atrativos.
Pros:

Café da manhã bem simples, mas tinha frutas, alguns bolos, ovos... O quarto em que fiquei era grande e estava limpo e cheiroso. A localização excelente, perto do calçadão, shopping, praças, feira, igreja, muito bem localizado. Os funcionários são educados.

Cons:

O hotel não possui estacionamento, um pouco de barulho dos carros nas avenidas, pois fica bem em uma esquina. No quarto em que eu estava a água do chuveiro não esquentava muito.

Fica super bem localizado no centro. Perto de vários restaurantes e lojas

Cons:

O quarto não tinha aquecedor. E tivemos problemas enquanto a drenagem do ralo do banheiro!
