Résidence La Villa Léonie

Excellent location. The bus to town and on to Menton stopped right outside the gate. It was also walkable to a small beach and both the port restaurants and shops. There was a bakery and grocery store close by. The room was comfortable and the hosts helpful. The garden was lovely.

Utrolig fin atmosfære. God beliggenhet. Svært hyggelig personale. Rent, ryddig og autentisk!

Die Villa selbst ist wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Schön ist auch der Garten, in dem wir Abends gerne mit einem Gläschen Wein saßen. Großartig ist die Lage: Bushaltestellen direkt vor der Tür bzw. 200m entfernt. Zu Fuß zum Hafen mit Restaurants, Cafés und Bars (Straßenbahnhaltestelle) nur 5 Minuten. Auch die Promenade und die Innenstadt sind mit einem Spaziergang zu erreichen.

Veškerý personál je velmi příjemný, ochotný a pomohli mi vyřešit situaci v jaké jsem se neplánovaně dostala. Vstřícnější personál jsem neviděla nikde jinde. Lokalita je taky moc nádherná, vše je všude kousek dostupné.

K pláži 5 min, k přístavu 5 min, k hlavní nejznámější promenádě do 10 min pěší chůzí.
Parkování za bránami pod kamerami.
Vše opravdu moc perfektní. Interiér krásný jako na zámku ve vintage uměleckém směru.

Všechno naprosto perfektní ale hlavně lidi, kteří se o to starají. Opravdu velmi lidští, přátelští, vše poradí, pomohou, vykomunikujou. Situace které mi nastali mi pomohli krok za krokem vyřešit. Není vůbec co vytknout .

The villa was beautiful and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Nice city centre while still being close enough to walk to many points of interest and the bus stop right outside was very convenient. The unit itself was spacious, loved the high ceilings, beautiful decor that really added to the experience, as well as friendly staff. I can’t find any faults with my stay there and would highly recommend for friends, couples or families.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Leonie and truly loved every moment.

The villa is beautifully maintained, full of charm and character, and located in a peaceful area while still being within walking distance of the beach, the Old Town and restaurants. It was the perfect base for exploring Nice and the surrounding area.

Our apartment was spacious, cozy, and very well equipped. Having a modern kitchen made our stay even more comfortable and gave us the feeling of being at home rather than in a hotel.

A special thank you to Clémence, who was incredibly welcoming and kind. She took the time to explain everything, shared great recommendations, and was always available whenever we needed anything.

This was an amazing experience from start to finish. If we ever return to Nice, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Thank you, Clémence! We can’t wait to come back. ❤️

It is a beautiful villa in an excellent location. We loved having a kitchenette, and our room was beautiful. The staff are very friendly, super helpful, and responsive! We will definitely stay here again.

Lokalizacja była dobra, w niedalekiej odległości od środków komunikacji (max 15/20 min na piechotę). Pokój był w miarę duży a w budynku panował przyjemny chłód. Z zewnątrz willa wyglądała ładnie, były miejsca aby usiąść w ogródku otaczającym budynek.

Second time staying here. Love the location - relatively quiet, in a residential area, but close to bus/tram stations. The rooms are so quaint and beautiful decorated with artworks, chandeliers and trompe l’oeil ceilings. Clémence is really kind and welcoming. Had a great time.

Great location, neat to Port Lympia. There is a bus stop of bus 600.

Excellent location near the port, very nice hosts, spacious room and bathroom, beautiful villa

The property was spotless and well-equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Although it isn’t located in the most central area, the nearest port is within walking distance, and there are convenient bus connections nearby. Once you get familiar with the area and transport options, getting around is quite easy.

One thing to keep in mind is that this is a very quiet property. Because of this, I would not particularly recommend it for families with young children, as noise may disturb other guests who are looking for a peaceful environment.
