Doors between the room and the bathroom are not closing completely so all noises can be heard. Difficult to get into elevator in the morning hours. Expensive parking
Ive stayed in this hotel in the past. check in with Piort was nice and fast and he was super nice,
Ladies on reception acting like the are forced to be there. Lack of empathy, smile or any form of kindness. Breakfast was simply disappointing. Some random dishes , like leftovers from previous dinner. Stale pastries and bread, 3 types of cold meats and 2 types of cheese, only fresh fruit ive found was some watermelon and oranges. All poorly presented and bad quality. All fruit marmolade that still smells of communism and big block of margerine. Some tray bake cakes, one pretending to be an apple crumble but topped with burned crumbled cake leftovers. Juice , not really a juice but cordial mixed with water . This hotel had one of best funky breakfast in city with wall of doughnuts , now it smells of some low class unfresh , poor quality products. Nothing fresh , nothing regional just simple misery. It is disappointing that hotel in city centre has so little to offer and cut cost to level when it just made me gag looking at what has been provided. I am on strict protein diet and powder base scrumble egg tray and greasy smoked sausage topped with onion is not to anyone standard. So I have left hungry.
Comfortable room, spacious and good bathroom, clean, good bed . Opposite railway station. Walking distance to shopping areas. A bit far to walk to old town, but taking taxi doesn’t cost that much. Good reception for check in and out. Good staff.
