Clean, quiet, perfect for a solo traveller.
Pros:

This was a really good hotel for a solo traveller. Shower was reliable and bed was comfortable. It had everything I needed including clothes washer/dryer. It was clean, quiet and in a good location. I would stay here again if i was coming back to Seoul. Very convenient place to store your luggage too if you need before or after checkout.

If we are going to visit Seoul still will prefer this as our accomodation.
Pros:

The Location, WiFi, Staff, and the comfort while we stay. I like it when our room have a Iron, Water boiler, blower & refrigerator. Also, have a Free water dispenser to the pantry area.

Cons:

Toilet don’t have bidet.

Situation exceptionnelle. Tres calme. Personnel très aimable et serviable. Machines à la ver et sèche-linge gratuit.

Cons:

Pas de rangement ni dans la chambre ni dans la salle de bain, même pas une simple étagère.
Les lits très grande mais on sentait les ressorts du matelas.

Comfortable Stay in a Convenient Location
Pros:

The location was very convenient — there were many cozy and vibrant restaurants nearby, as well as a convenience store and a metro station within walking distance. The room was clean and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room included a hairdryer, ironing equipment, and a mini fridge.

The building also had an elevator, and there was a shared area with a washing machine, dryer, and kitchen, which was very useful. The employees were very friendly and helpful, and there was also an option for a 1-hour late checkout for an additional fee.

Cons:

One small downside was the shower setup in the bathroom, since the shower is not separated and the whole bathroom floor gets wet after using it. However, this seems to be quite common in Seoul and was manageable.

Ottima posizione e rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile!
Pros:

La posizione è imbattibile, accanto a tre linee della metropolitana, comoda con il bus limousine diretto dall’aeroporto, con diversi konbini accanto e a pochi passi da Insa-dong e da Bukchon.
La struttura ə provvista di spazio per cucinare, più diverse lavatrici ed asciugatrici.
Il personale davvero molto gentile.

Cons:

Le stanze, come in tutte le metropoli asiatiche sono di dimensioni ridotte. Se avete molti bagagli potrebbe essere difficile starci.
La mattina filtra la luce, se siete sensibili consigliamo mascherina.

Nice location, hotel was only ok, wouldn't stay at this place again

The hotel is very close to the Ikseondong/Insadong area, which is full of shops, restaurants, and cafes and also close to 2 subway lines, 3 and 5, which allow you to get to most major tourist attractions. The only nice thing is the kitchen area and the free laundry. Overall I would choose the area again but not this particular hotel

Cons:

The room was really small for 2 people and 2 big suitcase. It was also stuffy because they didn't allow the window to be opened. On checkout date, we did the checkout process just 5 mins late from 11am and they messaged us on booking.com threatening to charge an overstay fee of 10,000 KRW for 1 hour. After reasoning with them they agreed to drop it, but it left an unpleasant impression

Top Lage - Preis-Leistung Okay.
Pros:

Wie waren 12 Nächte dort. Die Location ist absolut perfekt um Seoul zu entdecken. Sehr nah an Jongno3ga und Anguk Station. Nah an vielen Attraktionen (z.B. kommt man sehr schnell zum großen Palast, Bukchon Hanok Village, Ikseon-Dong und Insa-Dong sind auch direkt um die Ecke, Coffeeshops ebenfalls etc.) also mitten drin aber dennoch ist es ruhig, sodass man gut schlafen kann. Personal war sehr freundlich, die Kommunikation vorab war unkompliziert und die Eingangshalle ist relativ modern, man kann sein Gepäck dort aufbewahren. Die Waschmaschinen und Trockner unten sind ebenfalls praktisch, wenn man seine Wäsche waschen muss. Küche haben wir nicht benutzt aber diese schien auch gut ausgestattet zu sein.

Zimmer sind sauber, Treppenhaus, Küche etc. ebenfalls. Man bekommt frische Handtücher, Seife, Zahnbürste etc. zur Verfügung gestellt. Auf Wunsch wird das Zimmer auch sauber gemacht (das gaben wir jetzt aber nicht genutzt). Hotel ist zu Fuß von der Station sehr gut und einfach zu erreichen (auch mit schwerem Gepäck). Das Hotel hat außerdem einen Aufzug!

Check-in und Check Out sind auch unkompliziert via Terminal möglich, zwischendurch ist aber auch Personal da.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist recht funktional und für zwei Leute mit zwei großen Koffern kann es schon etwas eng werden aber das wussten wir vorher. Man muss dazu auch sagen, dass es in Seoul gar nicht so einfach ist größere Zimmer für einen guten Preis zu finden also war das schon ok.

Die Badezimmer Tür konnte man nicht abschließen und nicht richtig zu machen was für uns unverständlich war wieso man das nicht reparieren kann. Dadurch hat man halt 0 Privatsphäre wenn man im Badezimmer ist.

Das Hotel wurde angeblich kürzlich renoviert - Möbel waren auch in der Tat relativ neu aber Wände und Ecken hatten teilweiße Flecken oder leichte Risse...war jetzt nicht tragisch, da wir uns durch andere Bewertungen bereits darauf einstellen konnten. Man könnte hier aber bestimmt noch ein wenig was verbessern und die Zimmer gemütlicher machen.

Ich hätte mir noch kostenlosen Kaffee und Tee gewünscht, da ich das von anderen Hotels und Hostels in Korea so kenne und das wäre einfach noch ganz nett gewesen :-)

Zusammengefasst: Man darf hier keinen Luxus erwarten - es ist ein Hotel bzw. eine Art Hostel mit top Lage in das man halt nur zum Schlafen kommt und praktischerweise seine Wäsche gut waschen kann. Für den Preis( wir haben ca. 50 Euro pro Nacht bezahlt) ist es in Ordnung.
