Pros:

Pros:

The staff were really lovely and very accommodating

Cons:

Property looks nothing like the photos, the bathroom was dirty. The ironing board was attached to the wall also dirty, the wardrobe was falling apart. The transparent tiles on the bathroom ceiling where you could see up to the roof area were all brown.

The staff were super helpful, even loaning a phone charger.
Room was a really good size too.

Cons:

There was no air-conditioning but there was a fan and the offer of an additional one which was great.

Staff were lovely and welcoming.

Sofa bed and double bed both comfortable!

Cons:

Bed was so squeaky. Every turn or movement the bed would squeak. Marks in bathroom, pubic hair in the shower:( over all not a bad stay but wasn’t the cleanest.

Pros:

This is our second stay at this hotel. It offers excellent value with bedrooms containing all the necessary essentials. Spotlessly clean and well positioned for travel into London. The team are helpful and knowledgeable

A very pleasant stay in a good location for us.

The staff are all very pleasant and amenable. The rom was spotless and a good size with decent air con which was very much needed during the recent heat wave,

Top location for wembley
Pros:

Perfect place to stay for Wembley. Clean and staff were great.
