The staff are super helpful and friendly and communicate via whatsapp really well to keep you up to date. The location was perfect for what we needed and the onside parking was fantastic.
Having no air con and charging £150/160 just seems too much. Whilst there are fans in the recent summer heat they are not able to make the rooms comfortable. The fridge is not cool enough to get or keep water cold to help with this.
Was lucky enough to get parking space and checked in despite early arrival. The man on the desk checking us in was friendly and helpful. We were there for a gig at Wembley and this is ideal as there is a bus stop outside with any bus taking you to Harrow on the Hill tube station where you can take the metropolitan line a few stops to Wembley Park. Perfect
Unfortunately in the heatwave, the 5th floor was stifling with no air conditioning. They did provide fans but it was very tricky to sleep.
