Pros:

Breakfast was very simple but room was very clean even the location was central and nearby restaurants and shops.

Cons:

The receptionist was very rude, I asked for help to reach other location and he said that he can't help me cause he has other things to do.

Stanza dal giusto spazio, completa di tutti i servizi che ci si aspetta e pulita.
Posizione ottima a Kuala Lumpur, da cui a piedi si raggiungono i principali centri commerciali (compreso il pavilion).

Cons:

Da migliorare la scelta della colazione a buffet, un po' limitata.

Cons:

Номера маленькие, темные. Учитывая, что номер был без окна, освещение можно было бы сделать лучше. Сан узел не чистый. Завтрак прям скорменький.

Buena experiencia
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, el barrio es muy amigable. Personal muy amable. Cama cómoda, con sábanas y toallas limpias. El desayuno no es tan variado pero ofrece lo necesario.

Cons:

Las condiciones de higiene podrían mejorar, sobre todo en la zona de baño y ascensor.

Overall a disappointing stay
Pros:

The location was very good. Below the hotel there were many eateries, seafood restaurants and a variety of eateries. They had shops and a liquor shop. Across the road, around Mercure hotel there were other restaurants where you can try. As far as location and food no problem. Just a turn and you will end up at Berjaya Times Square.

Cons:

The rooms were very small for 2 to stay and wasn't sound proof. I don't remember having a loud conversation with my family as we reserved 3 rooms but the staff came up to ask us reduce the noise level. We then realised that we can hear ourselves clearly from our rooms. The rooms came with breakfast but not Buffet breakfast. Only ala-carte was served with limited variety. It was disappointing. No shelter or separate parking when you book Grab for pick-up outside the hotel. The Grab driver had to wait almost at the road and there is no shelter when there is heavy rain when u go onboard a taxi. The amenities are all old and rusted. We book the rooms for 5 nites but we left the hotel to another hotel after 2 nights.

I asked the staff to change my room because the door lock wasn’t working.he refused to change because i could still use the door chain lock.i insist to changing my room for the safety..finally he give me another card with annoying face.
