Pros:

de l'exterieur l'hotel ne paie pas de mine mais en fait il est mieux que sur la photo. personnel très sympathique, présence d'une bagagerie, chambres très confortables et propres. emplacement en plein centre du vieux chiang mai. parfait.

I arrived an hour before check-in, and the receptionist was stern; I couldn't check in even though rooms were ready and available.

A good hotel in a good location. Specious parking.
Pros:

We stayed for just one night. The hotel is in a good location, close to many coffee shops, the Old Town, and plenty of massage studios.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is also a large parking area in front of the hotel, which was very convenient for us.

Cons:

Nothing. All was good.
