L’hôtel est bien situé et proche de tout.
Pros:

Les personnes de la réception étaient gentilles et serviables. Les tableaux qui sont exposés.

Cons:

La douche ne fonctionnait pas bien entre eau chaude ou froide et avec très peu de débit d’eau.

The hotel was a nice place to rest after a day of exploring the city.
Pros:

Our room was beautiful. I loved the addition of the Murano glass chandelier. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. We did enjoy the breakfast each morning. The location was fairly central to where we wanted to explore.

Cons:

We weren't sure about the air conditioning. We needed to ask the staff to turn it on. Had we not asked we wouldn't have known we could have it on or that it worked.

El desayuno es correcto, la ubicación y el trato del personal es excelente.

Cons:

En cuanto a la habitación, muy deficiente para el precio pagado. El baño es super antiguo, pequeño y la alcachofa de ducha averiada. Hay opciones mucho mejores y mas baratas en la zona
Por otro lado, hice 2 reservas dado que entre ambas pasé unos días en Florencia. Ambas reservas eran por un importe de 160€ por 2 días cada una. Pasados unos días recibí un email del hotel cancelando la primera reserva alegando que su sistema había sido hackeado y que no podían alojarme en esas fechas. Pasados 2 días más recibo un segundo email cancelando la segunda reserva diciendo que el hotel estaría en reformas en esa fecha y no podían alojarme. Cuál es mi sorpresa cuando vuelvo a buscar en Booking opciones para alojarme, me vuelve a aparecer el mismo hotel pero a un precio de 588€ en vez de 160€ para la misma habitación y fechas. Claramente cancelaron mis reservas para venderlas a un precio superior, lo cual considero una estafa. NO RECOMIENDO RESERVAR EN ESTE HOTEL.

A fürdőszobába ajtót úgy lehetett becsukni,hogy be kellett állni a zuhanyzóba. Tolóajtó megoldás lehetne!
