We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay! The hotel was lovely, and the room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a lovely presentation and a well-organized selection. We really enjoyed it!.

Overall, it was a very nice stay, and we enjoyed our time at the hotel!

Cons:

The only downside was the reception staff, who didn't seem particularly friendly or welcoming. A warmer attitude would have made the experience even better

كان الفندق نظيفاً نوعاً ما ولكن قديم

بعض الموظفون لديهم عنصرية خصوصاً هنالك موظفه صاحبة الشعر الأسود وترتدي نظاراه سيئه للغاية بالتعامل ولديها عنصرية على العرب وتهين النزلاء فالفندق لم يكون الموضوع مقتصر معي فقط ولكن اكثر من شخص عربي تتعامله معه بعجرفيه وتعالي وأسوى جدا جدا سيىء،، هي النقطه السوداء في هذا الفندق

Good hotel to stay for short term
Pros:

The room was big and clean, it has free wifi. The hotel has parking and a small restaurant. The staff is friendly. The breakfast has a variety of food that is the same everyday unfortunately.

Cons:

The minibar in the room is empty, if you need anything you have to buy from the market from the reception. The staff does not inform you about the breakfast cost, that if you buy it from the reception is cheaper than directly when you serve the breakfast. Also they do not inform you about the loyalty program, and neither check if you are a Hilton member or not. The TV's should be changed with smart TV's where you can choose what to see.

Would stay here again just for the hotel and the staff giving us suggestions & help

It was a little bit out of the city but the tram was great so it did not hinder us and we went a couple of times to the city and the bar food was great as we ate late usually
