Todo olía a humedad. La propiedad necesitaba limpieza en el área común. Parecía que los cuartos solo los abren cuando los rentan por qué todo absolutamente todo olía a humedad

Good location, 24 hr reception, staff was friendly. The AC was working.

Cons:

The hotel is really old and the rooms are extremely outdated. We did not expect to find this level after seeing the pictures posted, also not considering a rating of 7,5. We expected more.
There were dead bugs in the floor which made us doubt the cleaning.
There was a sewage smell coming out of the bathroom.
The walls and windows are thin and you can hear everything going on outside. So on a Saturday night, don't expect to be able to sleep before 2am (there are parties at the bars around). If you went to Cancun to party, then maybe it is a good option.
I really expected more from this place.
For the same price you can find a better hotel to stay. I wouldn't come back. I arrived at 10pm and I was only staying for one night. If I had a reservation for more days, I would have probably changed hotels.
They give you a list of rules you have to follow upon checking in and one of those was about charging a fee if the towels are found with stains or in bad conditions. Needless to say that the towels provided were stained and had holes. So if they would have charged me a fee for that, I would have complained (they didn't charge me so I didn't complain), but I thought they have too many rules and are probably too strict for the service/quality you are getting.

L'emplacement: près de la station d'autobus.

Cons:

La fenêtre ne donnait pas sur l'extérieur, mais sur un corridor avec des lumières allumées toute la nuit. Il y avait une forte odeur de produit nettoyant et nous ne pouvions pas aérer la chambre.

The staff were the nicest people I have dealt with before at an accommodation.
Pros:

The beds were excellent and comfortable, air con worked very well and there was hot water in the shower. Property was clean and in a good location very central to shops and ADO.
