Pésima atención de recepcionista del turno pm.

La atención de la recepcionista fue horrible, soberbia y nada amable. Se dirigía a mi como si me estuviera haciendo un favor, el colmo fue cuando tuve que bajar 3 veces a pedir ayuda porque la tarjeta/llave de la puerta de la habitación no funcionaba. Ella nunca me dijo que podría des configurarse la tarjeta si la mantenía cerca de otras tarjetas o del celular y pues la tarjeta se des configuró así que tuve que ir 3 veces a decirle que no podíamos entrar mis hijos y yo. A causa de eso, mi hija tuvo un accidente en el pasillo, mientras yo bajaba a hablar con ella. Le dije que no era necesario hacernos pasar ese mal momento, que ya estábamos cansados después de un día largo viajando y ella solo dijo “OK”
