It was a nice stay overall. Thank you.
Pros:

It was clean and the staff was friendly. Easy check in and out and liked that you could leave the luggage.

Cons:

Our room was extremely small. I wanted separate beds and I thought I booked accordingly.
It was noisy but luckily the big fan was good and loud enough to hide most of the noise.

Functional, tidy and clean room and bathroom. Would stay here again for the price.
Pros:

My room was very clean with a clean fan in working order (weather was quite hot). I could pull the blackout curtains so no light coming through. Considering some of the reviews I read before staying here I was pleasantly surprised. Room was quiet and bed comfortable so had a good nights sleep. WiFi worked fine once I had help from reception, with no drop at all during my stay.

Cons:

Lifts don’t work so had to walk up flights of stairs. No option of breakfast in hotel, although there are a number of eateries very nearby.

Pros:

Great hotel in a good location. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our family had a lovely time, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Not what you expect from the outside!
Pros:

Very clean room - all looked like it had been refurbished and beds were very comfortable. No complaints.

Cons:

Only downside was lack of air-conditioning on a warm summer night, but a suitable fan was provided.

Lokalizacja obok metra. Czystość pokoju. Cicho. łazienka ładna i zestaw kosmetyków. Czajnik i zestaw herbat. Wiatrak. Wygodne łóżko.

Cons:

Mala experiencia
Cons:

No hay aire acondicionado y estuvimos a 39 °C. No nos dieron más que un ventilador viejo que no servía bien ya que se trababa al girar y hacía tanto ruido que no dejaba dormir. Las camas son incómodas y la atención de los trabajadores es nula. Solo hay una persiana y es imposible ventilar el cuarto sin dejar a la vista todo lo que pasa en la habitación. No hay ningún servicio de alimentos, solo bebidas que pides en la recepción.

Great for a night at the cricket
Pros:

The staff were exceptional. When I returned to my room in the evening, I discovered that the fan in the room, was not working. In the middle of a heat wave, this was serious. The night manager unplugged his own fan and let me have it instead. Very kind and very generous. I will be forever grateful, as the room would have been unbearable otherwise. The location to the Kia Oval was also outstanding.

Cons:

The room was tiny and the bathroom wasn't laid out very well. It was almost impossible to sit comfortably on the toilet and I'm only average height - 156 cm. Anyone taller would really struggle.
