Comfortable accommodation that we’ve used several times
Pros:

Good location opposite the shopping centre and next to the Swinging Pig pub. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Could do with mugs instead of small cups, and a tea towel. Had to ask for a spare toilet roll, but the cleaning staff were very helpful.

Room and furnishings was affected by stale smoke. Room was clean but the presence of two tins of air freshener and a plug in defuser intimates staff were aware

Pros:

大きなショッピングセンターが近くに買い物に便利であり、食材を部屋で簡単料理ができるのが良かった。

Cons:

ホテルのレセプションの案内が不十分に感じる。実際、バーのカウンターがホテルのレセプションになっているが、現地で親切な方がいて、案内してもらったので事無きを得た。
部屋か1階であることなどから、虫が部屋に入ってくるなどした。仕方ないとも思うが。
