部屋が広く清潔。朝食もバイキングにありがちなザワザワがなく落ち着いて食事できました。食品を中心に二つの区分けができていたからだと思いました。スタッフも明るく親切な対応です。
チェックアウトが12時迄
コンビニにもう少しフットケア用品や入浴剤などリカバリー用品があればいいなと思った。
とても清潔で、過ごしやすかった。
コンビニがホテル内にあって便利。
レンジや氷も用意されてるのも良い。
温泉も丁度良かった。
貸し出しのパジャマも過ごしやすい着こごち。
でも子どもと２人で予約なのに、大人のパジャマ二人分の用意で子ども用の部屋着があるのは温泉施設に行くまで気が付かなかった。
ディズニーランドに行くシャトルも頻繁に出てこれも便利。でも駅からホテルまで歩くには遠いけどここはシャトルない。そこは残念。
ホテルに泊まるとどこでもマッサージを頼のむので、こちらのホテル内にあるマッサージも頼んだら今まで経験ないくらい下手で本当にびっくりした。
何度か強さや希望箇所を要望し改善しようと試みたが、これはもう彼女のセンスの問題で諦めるしかないと途中で悟った。でも一生懸命やってるのは分かるのでクレームはいれませんでしたが、返金して欲しいくらい酷かった。
次の日のディズニーで朝早いから早寝したかったけど、23時まで予約取れず、でも肩こりひどいから頑張って待った。肩こりがひどいのでお願いしたと言っても脚ばっかやられて、しかも脚はすんごい痛いのに、肩周りはやってんのかわからんないくらい弱いし、ここまでかというくらい全部ツボ外れてる。
膝の裏とか、押されると痛い箇所はあんな強く押すのに首とかちょいちょいとやって終わり。
強いですと言うと、強くやって欲しいとこも弱くなるし、何回言っても本当伝わらないから途中で諦めて脚の指圧痛いのずっと耐えてた。
こんなことなら予約取らず早く寝れば良かった。
来てくれた瞬間小柄で細いから心配したけど、心配以上に酷かった。
しつこいようだけど、もうちょっとマッサージの技術の確認や向上の為の講習をしたほうがいいと思う。
ホテル自体本当に良かった。また泊まりたい。
でもマッサージはこんな外れとか、マッサージ師ガチャみたいなの、あってはならないと思う。そこだけで本当残念。
こんなに長く書くぐらい、本当に下手だった。

The room was very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast in the hotel was excellent--a really nice combination of western and japanese style breakfast foods. We had a mix up with our room reservations which was a mistake on our part and circumstances due to one of our traveling members cancelling at the last minute. And the manager went out of his way to make it right and to not charge us for the extra rooms. It was convenient to the Shin Urayasu train station (about a 10 minute walk) and the hotel was lovely and cheerful. We were there for two weeks, so we needed to use their laundry facilities which were easy to use. Overall a really nice choice for our stay.
The only thing that might have made it better would have been a room with exercise equipment.

Good breakfast, really helpful and polite staff, shuttle bus to disney, close to shin-urayasu station (there is an airport limousine bus stop), coin laundry with clear instructions (only accept card), konbini inside the hotel
