Pros:

Free Shuttles to Disney and the bus runs very often.
Family Mart right in the hotel with hot water service.

The room I stayed in, they rolled in an extra bed for me without myself even requesting it. It made the stay much more comfortable. I really like the washroom was separate from the sink which is also separate from the shower room. Make it much more convenient for my family to get ready.

Cons:

It has the exact same name as the hotel right next door. I apparently booked the “square” and not the “tower” and I first went to the wrong hotel.

It would also been nice if it has a shuttle to the train station which I learned some hotels neighboring this one does.

浦安市民、期待していたのですが、少しがっかりしました、
Pros:

朝食は、良かった

Cons:

個別包装されていないヘアブラシが一つのみ置かれていた。
2名で宿泊でしたが。
バスタオル、フェイスタオルはありましたが、ミニタオルがおいてない。
もしかして、洗面所の清掃など確認されていないのでは？と疑問に思いました。
朝食会場での座席案内に、疑問を感じました。少し不快に思いました。

温泉も入れてお食事も美味しくて満足です
Pros:

バルコニー付きのお部屋に変更して頂けて良かった

Cons:

お部屋のお掃除が少し行き届いておらず残念。
冷蔵庫が入ってる棚の扉のガラス縁部分のがホコリがすごかった…
お部屋のお風呂を溜めると髪の毛が何本か浮いていた。

Pros:

◯部屋が広い。
◯お風呂の浴槽と洗い場が別々◎。
　トイレももちろん別で◎。
◯朝食が種類が沢山あってとても豪華で美味しい。
　食後にコーヒーがお持ち帰りできて嬉しい。
◯他のホテルに比べて宿泊代金が安く、お値段以上に快適に過ごせるので、リピートし続けたい。

Cons:

◯無料送迎バスはとてもありがたいが、ディズニーリゾートから少し距離があり、満員で自分も含め、ファミリー層が多いので、赤ちゃんを抱っこして立って乗っているパパママも居たりするので、もう少しバスの定員に余裕を持って運行してくれると良いと思った。

◯お部屋のアメニティの綿棒をもう少し多めに置いて欲しい（今回はコットンと綿棒２本入りのアメニティが一つしかなく、部屋は3人で利用したが、1人使えなかった。1人につき最低でも２本あると嬉しい）。

全体的に綺麗で快適でした

スタッフの皆さんの対応が丁寧で素敵でした

Cons:

洗濯機、乾燥機を利用しましたが汚れが目立ちました
ホテル内にあるイタリアンレストランの味は美味しかったのですが、雰囲気と料理に見合わない値段でした(高かった)
